Great apartment with all the amenities you need. The location is ideal, close enough to downtown, shopping and fun locations but located in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very responsive to questions. It was nice to find an organized and professional notebook that gave us the locations of grocery stores, restaurants and hospitals. It also helped us with the experience of sharing the property with the family.

This is a great place to stay at. The communication with property manager was really quick and efficient. The place is really nice and clean and has everything you need.

We loved our stay! The apartment felt very clean, it had everything we needed, and was so nicely updated and decorated. It had plenty of space for our family, and the location was great. Very easy check-in and check-out, and great communication with the owner. No complaints!

Very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was such a bonus. The home was decorated so well. It is close distance to many areas we wanted to go. It was a great stay. We would definitely want to stay there again.

Nice Basement Apartment in Pleasant Grove

This was a nice place to stay during an extended family reunion. I appreciated the owners being transparent about an outdoor pest issue that didn't really affect us much.

Great location with a lot of light from a walkout basement. Really cute patio with a cute backyard. Very nice decor. Near tennis courts. Comfy beds. And a good washer drier washing machine fridge and tv it was great for us during byu summer camps with our teen son -

A few things to note:First, this is a walk-out basement, which isn’t clear from the listing.Second, it can get noisy, it’s a basement, after all. The host let us know there would be extra people visiting and encouraged us to reach out if it ever got too loud. We have four kids ourselves, so we completely understand how noisy life can be! Just keep in mind that this may not be the best spot if you need to sleep during the day or prefer a very quiet environment. For us, it wasn’t a big deal since we were out most of the time.Third, the space is not wheelchair accessible. This isn’t necessarily a negative, but something worth noting if accessibility is important. To enter, you walk down a slope and then three rock steps.The basement was very clean and well-stocked. I appreciated the coffee and creamers! It made the early morning manageable! Check-in and check-out were simple, with no long list of chores before leaving (which I really appreciated!). The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful trailhead nearby. The view of the city from the house was also stunning. Conveniently, a Maverik and Smith’s are just a short drive away.The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and there were plenty of them. I also appreciated the extra throws, especially since it felt a little chilly for this Arizona girl. Overall, a great stay! Thank you to the hosts!

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the last minute family in town. As was stated upon your arrival we had a death in the family and had out of town family staying upstairs. Normally, we do not allow bookings when grandchildren are in town, but this instance could not be helped. This is a walk out basement apartment with easy access. My husband and I are “empty nesters” and live in the main home.

The house was conveniently located for our needs. The host provided a cooler at my request that was very helpful while we did day trips. The beds were very comfortable.
