ABOUT HOME:
This cozy DIY island home is a standalone house, not part of an apartment complex. It features an Air-conditioned en-suite bedroom, a spacious living This room, kitchen, dining area, a large veranda, and a parking space. The house is located in a small neighbourhood. Guests will enjoy complete privacy, as this space is not shared with anyone else. The house is just a five-minute drive from the beautiful Caribbean coast. It features a spacious and airy design, thanks to large windows that let in plenty of natural light and fresh air from the tropical sun. Areas and rooms only accessible to guests are shown in the photo section. We encourage Guests to read our policies, house manual, and description to get acquainted with the property and what we offer.

Laborie vacation

Gorgeous home in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to the highway, village, and beach. The host is warm, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Laborie Rental

Great location 5 minutes from town site, Close to very good restaurants. Wilsons just a 5 minute walk, Mama Tillys in town , 5 min drive. Nina is a great host.

Definitely would recommend

We had a great time. We would definitely recommend this property. It was very clean and the AC in the bedroom worked great. We loved the outdoor patio and the view into the forested area. We felt safe during our visit and the host was very quick to reply to any questions we had. We were also able to use snorkeling gear that was provided. We had a great week here and this has to be one of the best deals on the island.

Reading the description of a property is one of the most important thing to do before booking it. Kyle and Sabrina read our description and Policy. And this made their stay, and hosting them very easy. Best Guest we've had since 2011, when we started hosting Guests. #Great Guests Ever.

No longer an "Ocean View" as trees have grown tall and completely blocks the view. Really did not have the "entire house" as numerous rooms and second floor balcony (with the view) were locked and not accessible and the back yard (beautiful tropical plants) were off limits. Still plenty of room, had no problems. Host was super responsive and quick to help.

The available rooms are clearly depicted in the photos on our website, and our description specifies that only one bedroom is offered. Consequently, our maximum capacity is two guests, which means that other bedrooms and the second-floor balcony are off-limits. Our accessibility notes outline the areas where guests are permitted and where they are not. We are not liable for overgrown trees on neighboring properties, and we have not advertised an ocean view; instead, we provided images of nearby beaches and detailed their distances from the property.

should improve on some small issues

property was clean, pictures were accurate, location is good for someone to relax, our biggest issue are there is not enough dishes and cutleries, like steak knife containers to store leftovers, need to improve on these issues. Thank Nina for your help, good luck

It's understandable that everyone has their own style of cooking and preference on kitchen utensils, and it's not possible to accommodate every guests with kitchen utensils they're use to, but will keep trying. We will adjust and keep working.

Excellent property with simple drawbacks.

The apartment was impressive with large airy rooms, comfortable furnishings and a particularly pleasant balcony. The AC in the bedroom worked well and was not noisy. The property was located in an interesting local neighborhood. It was spoiled by the lack of some inexpensive but essential cooking items such as: roasting tins, grill pan, salad or mixing bowl and chopping board.. Not items easily transported by air, and which were loaned to us by the host's helpful partner, Nina.

Vivienne and her Husband were great Guests. They took care of the home like it was their own. All the amenities we offer are listed online, so Guests have and idea on what we offer before booking Caribreeze. This gives Guests a choice to decide on what place offers all the amenities they will require.
