The home’s beautifully painted exterior is a welcoming sight, a sign of great things to come before you even step indoors. But before we get to that, you should know about some of those destinations we mentioned! Within just a couple of miles you will find the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, a popular attraction that features a wide range of animals and plants from around the world. Take a stroll through the walking trails of Eden Park, just over a mile from this home and offering views of the Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline. Also don’t miss out on the Cincinnati Art Museum, housing a large collection of art from around the world, including paintings, sculptures, and decorative arts. Working up an appetite? The local food and drink options are virtually unlimited. This neighborhood offers a variety of tacos, burritos, and other Mexican-inspired dishes, with several other options located nearby.

The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home – basement level.

• Street parking available for up to 2 vehicles.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet!

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located at the back door, actively monitoring the walkways into the unit. The second is located at the backside of the home, actively monitoring the back yard/walkways behind the home.
