Beautifully decorated, the villa is organized around a central patio open to the pool and garden.
It has very nice central heating in winter and air conditioning.

Garden level
The entrance to the villa overlooks the living room which is composed of a large living room and fireplace as well as a small living room with TV and adjoining dining room as well as the equipped kitchen in which the villa stove prepares meals and breakfasts.

Upstairs
The floor is entirely dedicated to the bedrooms, and has a large terrace that revolves around the patio and has a great view of the Atlas Mountains.

The villa is equipped with fiber optic internet connection (distributed via wifi).

Exteriors:

A covered terrace is set around the patio and is ideal for outdoor dining.
The large and beautifully maintained garden offers lounge areas and lush greenery with its bougainvillea, palm trees, orange trees... It surrounds the private (heated) pool and sunbeds, a little corner of paradise where you can relax and enjoy the sun in peace.
The villa also offers private clay tennis, with lighting to allow you to play at night.
For golf lovers, a pitch and put is also on the property.
