Property is exactly as described. Lake cabin in the woods complete with fireflies, deer, critters and insects. Perfect getaway for 2. We have had 3 lovely stays here so far and plan to come back.

The only problem we had was finding the place at night. Dark signage. Looks like you are going to someone elses house. Otherwise, the place was great!!

Cabin was very cozy and private. The neighbors were quite as well. Hot tub was ok. Only complaint was I couldn’t get the owner to answer my message and the shower did NOT work. The bath tub had a crack as well. We will go back. Very clean!! Well stocked.

The cabin had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Host was easy to communicate with. Thank you for letting us stay at the Owl’s Nest. Highly recommend.

Everything was really nice. Cozy small cabin. Does have a nice kitchen. No wifi but dvd player and tv were nice to watch movies on. Hot tub was nice and clean. Wish the little oversized chair would have been more like a love seat but nothing to be upset about. Sign by the road was hard to read in the dark but we found it. My husband and i really liked how quiet it was.

This cabin is in a very quiet, wooded area a short drive to the lake. (There are neighbors close by, but very quiet)The cabin, itself, is adorable! The outside amenities were much enjoyed. The bed was most comfortable. Living/TV area needed better furniture. The cleanliness of the cabin, needed more attention. This is a place we would definitely consider staying again!

Great place for a little couples get away. 100% would go back and thought it was a bargain. I'll be back in the spring to fish.Make sure to use the directions the host provides. Google maps will send you down a road through someone else's property. The owner of the property pulled a gun on us.

The property was clean and have no issues there, however the mattress had a huge lump running the length of it and knew it would not be comfortable. Also we did not see any notice that there would be no wifi unless it was in fine print. The pictures showed a tv so a good assumtion would be wifi hook up. We left after 2 hours as my husband had a business emergency requiring compter communication forfetting what we paid. Unhappy with the area. Very trashy.
