• Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. There is a $450 monthly cap. Anything over the $450 monthly cap will be the responsibility of the guest.
• This property has 1 parking space. A second space can be available upon request. Assigned parking is for standard or compact vehicles only. Garage space is 7' wide by 15' long. We may not be able to accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Vehicles must fit in the garage. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the garage, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.
• Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles.
