Everything was perfect from the check-in, to the location, to the hot tub and amenities and even communication with the host. It was a great experience and would love to go back sometime.

The kitchen was well-stocked, with a nice welcome basket. The place was clean, and the hot tub was a great added benefit. Nice quiet area, beautiful green yard with trees.

Great place, close to Portland

My wife and I came here as part of our honeymoon trip and loved it! We used the hot tub every night, did some hikes in Portland and visited the beach on the Oregon coast! The place was super clean and we loved staying there!

A quiet and calming place.

Loved the place and the area. Lots of hiking nearby and could always come back to the perfect hot tub. It is well designed and well appointed.

Really nice basement apartment that is clean, comfortable, and spacious--and also in a nice neighborhood for walking and running. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our vacation and our stay here!

Apryl’s space came with a very relaxed vibe. She has just about everything you could need, and she was easy to communicate with.

Great communication with the host and she is very nice! This place is really close to the airport and just about anything else you would want to do. It was quiet and very clean!!!! I did not use the hot tub but it’s right outside the door. I would definitely stay here again. There was a snack box that was a lovely touch. Easy access and easy parking.

Our stay was great! The listing was as described, we appreciated that. The rental was clean, organized and comfortable for our family to stay in. The bed was also comfortable. Apryl was great to communicate with and provided many details for our stay to be the best it could be. We enjoyed the backyard views of the trees and the quiet neighborhood. Location was excellent, central to our different destinations and many good restaurants to choose from in Vancouver! Thank you, Apryl!

The property was perfect. Or host left us a little welcome card and basket which was very kind. They also communicated very well. The hot tub was perfect for my boys considering they played 4 basketball games back to back. The apartment was brand new and very nice. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Great Value

Even when using 60 credit, this is still a very good value. You don't usually find features like a hot tub and laundry unit without spending 100 more for our length of stay. Quiet neighborhood, and Apryl has great communication.

Perfect Place to Stay

We stayed 2 weeks over Christmas/New Year holidays awaiting the birth of our granddaughter. The unit was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. The bed was comfortable, the living space just right and the kitchen had everything we needed and was very well stocked & equipped. Laundry area included and very convenient. The Host, Apryl, was very communicative and responded right away with any question we had. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We highly recommend staying here.

Apryl was very responsive and her place was very nice. The hot tub is a great added benefit. It has a quiet backyard with no traffic noise. The linens provided were very adequate and the kitchen met our needs. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

I love this place so much and will stay in the future. I love how clean and safe it is. If I had to critique one thing it would be to maybe upgrade the couch to a more comfortable couch one day but I'm so thankful they offer this place for people to stay and enjoy. Thank you

Nathaniel was a great guest. Appreciated his communication, respect of my space. He filled the house rules. Was understanding when I set the smoke alarms off.
