Charmed 4-bedroom, 2½-bathroom 2-story home in the quaint subdivision known as "Serenity" at Dune Allen. Perfect for the whole family, sleeping 10 guests very comfortably, but up to 12 can be accommodated. Plenty of room with spacious kitchen, plus dining area, and two relaxing living spaces. Serenity offers a community pool and is known for its charming homes and close proximity to the beach.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The front living room, with its plush sectional, smart TV, and puzzles, is ideal for family movie- and game-nights. The spacious kitchen, equipped with ample counter space and stainless-steel appliances, makes preparing home-cooked meals easy. Clean up stress-free by using the dishwasher.

Step outside to the patio, fire up the grill, and treat your guests to a backyard barbecue. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and smart TVs in every bedroom for added convenience.

Trash days are Mondays and Thursdays. Please roll the bin out to the street the evening before, and return it to its designated location after pickup has occurred.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
