we had a very nice and relaxing time at the beach house. practical for a big group. lots of water for showers and dishes. we felt that it was also very private.we enjoyed the pool especially for the children. we want to go back soon.

The location is very nice, the beach and the pool are the perfect touch. The local beach pups will come to greet you in the evening, The home seems older so be prepared for a few cobwebs. The host is very friendly and communicative. The king bed is slightly slanted but other than that, no complaints on any other beds. The woman who rakes in the morning and does the laundry is wonderful and leaves the yard looking very nice, As in true El Salvador fashion, the bedrooms will have AC but the living room/dining room will be warm! Also be sure not to leave anything open or sweet on the main countertop because of the ants. There are standing fans throughout to cool the space. Also be prepared if you arrive in the evening, not a ton of food options past 9 or 10pm other than roadside pupusas. All in all, beautiful location cannot be beat! Would stay again given the opportunity!

Dianne is an amazing host. The directions and communication were great.The house was clean and absolutely beautiful. The beds were clean and comfortable. The back yard was super cute and the pool was refreshing. We loved it there

I have never had a family leave my house so clean when they left. They were amazing! It looked as clean as when they arrived. If you rent to this family, you will be one lucky person. They were exceptional people! If you are lucky enough to have this family stay at your vacation rental, you will be one lucky person! Amazing place

This is our 4 time to go to Rancho Cajun, we always enjoy been in there, Mrs. Dianna has everything set up and she is always helpful with everything you need. Place is very beautiful and safe. We definitely will return.

Family vacation

My family and I had a great experience. Waking up to the sound of the waves is something unique. The house is super spacious and has everything you need. Dianne responds quickly to messages. Communication is super good. I highly recommend this property!

Memorable and relaxing stay!

My wife and I traveled to El Salvador to visit family members and Rancho Cajun was the highlight of the trip! Our 3 night stay was awesome! Dianne was a great host and dropped by to greet us. The beach house has everything you need and it is conveniently located. We would definitely recommend and can't wait to return!

Memorial Day Vacay

Enjoyed by the entire family. Had a few unplanned adventures that added to our memories. There were a couple of first timers to El Salvador and were humbled, excited and impressed with its natural beauty. Plan on going back soon.

Location was on point

Beautiful home, amazing views. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. The food from every restaurant we order was delicious. Felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Would definitely come back.

Perfect get away

Perfect get away for the family. All thanks to Dianne and specially to Maria. They were both very helpful. The place was perfect for the family. The area was very secure and we felt very safe. the people in the neighborhood were very friendly. We definitely are coming back.

Paradise on the Beach

We had a fantastic time at Rancho Cajun. Would definitely recommend. El Salvador is a rising star thanks to El Presidente Bukele and his government. Very friendly people and we felt safe. The pool was clean and refreshing and we enjoyed using the BBQ every day. Access to the beach was amazing. A fond lifelong memory for sure.

Lovely Holiday in La Libertad

We (4 adults, and 3 children) had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home this past March Break. We found Jackie and her staff to be excellent-the food was wonderful and the house was cleaned from top to bottom everyday. We spent most of our time between the pool and the ocean, both at our doorstep. We loved the privacy and not having to fight for loungers or space on the beach. The people were all very friendly and helpful. We have definite plans to go back!

Cajun Ranch, San Diego Beach ,La Libertad. El Salvador

We all enjoyed the amenities and peaceful views of the ocean including the wheel chair access through out the property. We are already planning our second trip. Paradise by the beach

The Rancho Cajun house is perfectly located on a gorgeous wide and empty beach and 10 mn from La Libertad so access to restaurants and supermarkets was very essy. The house had all amenities required the kitchen is well equipped. As for the owner, Diane, she was so easy to deal with, helpful and so friendly,. She made sure our stay was nothing less than TERTIFIC. Don't look elsewhere, Her place is the place to stay at. We will for sure return there. Thanks again Diane.

The Photos Didn't Lie - Part Two

Here it is only 1 week since returning to FL and I'm already reserving Rancho Cajun again for a family celebration of my daughter's 40th this year. The kids and grands are so excited to be returning to Playa San Diego! Although well situated for guided or self-drive sightseeing, the beach and pool kept the kids on the property all weekend. I have a feeling visit #2 is not going to be the final one. Dianne and her staff are so helpful, and the home so gorgeous, this may well be our "Go To" spot for years to come.

Amazing place to stay

We recently stayed at this property for Semana Santa and had an amazing time. The property was wonderful and private and very well taken care of. All we did was hang by the pool and take a dip in the ocean, and that was all we needed. Jackie and Antonio were fantastic, helpful, and very friendly. We ran out of gas and Antonio was at our house and back with more gas within 30 minutes. He also helped us get a taxi to get into town (the taxi driver was awesome and hilarious as well). We got seafood from Jackie and it was fantastic and cheap. I hope I can come back to this house with my friends again some day soon. The price was great, and the location was as good as it gets. Thank you so much Dianne, Jackie, and Antonio!

The Photos Didn't Lie - Gorgeous !

There's not a lot that's not been said before - but this is a truly wonderful beach break destination, especially for larger family or friend groups. Perhaps the one feature I appreciated most was being able to lounge in A/C comfort while the grandkids splashed in the pool. Having the entire west wall of glass doors made keeping a (casual) eye on the kids, without being intrusive, and enjoying the beach scene a snap. Owner Dianne's artistic vision is a delight, and her staff most attentive without intruding. Do hire the staff, and have pre-arrival shopping completed, for a truly carefree time. Although we had a van, this house is possible with airport transfers and the housekeepers' managing shopping. Hoping to return with my Guatemalan family.

THIS HOUSE IS AWESOME!!

I traveled to El Salvador from Texas on September 4-6 and I cant even complain once. Dianne was amazing. We communicated through email up until the day I arrived and she was so accommodating. Her staff is amazing. Martha who cooks and cleans was such a sweet person and her cooking was so good. and Edwin the manager was always making sure we had everything and made us feel very comfortable. It was our first time travelling to the country in 20 years and we were just so astounded by the beauty. The beach is just outside the backdoor and its so beautiful. We had a lot of fun on the pool and enjoying Martha's cooking on our last day. Only complaint or regret I have is that we didn't stay longer. We had other places to visit and our stay was cut short. Thank you Dianne and your awesome staff for everything!! You made our trip one we will never forget. We will definitely be booking again here soon!
