Enjoyed the fact that it was a very quiet neighborhood. The property was located close to the fairgrounds which suited our stay.

The Bauer is well appointed with beautiful wood floors, bathroom fixtures, and lights. Nice television, nice towels. We had a little trouble with the heat control on the stove top and would prefer nicer dishes and a dishwasher.

Great property

This is a great property to stay at. We have stayed here twice when visiting to watch my daughter play softball for the college. The home owner has been great to work with, very responsive and great communication. Very cute house, clean and in a good neighborhood and close to the college. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. .

Cozy McCook Cottage

Very nice and cozy home to stay. Enjoyed our time! The basement and bedroom there could benefit from a dehumidifier but loved this home away from home.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. Such a cute house and loved the set up. Randy was great and very quick to respond. We will for sure rent this house again.

Wonderful home

We came up to see our son that is on the baseball team at McCook. This was a perfect place for us. Just the right size to give everyone a little space. This was a beautiful place. Very clean and so comfortable. Had everything we needed. The host answered any questions I had right away. We will for sure be back!

Classic home

This home had great curb appeal and was inviting. Love the originality of the home. The sink, shower,and stove are a perfect touch to take you back in time with a modern touch. And so well kept! Very clean home. Definitely recommend.

Just what we needed- Cozy Place!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for a family Christmas and us along with another couple, each with an infant, loved this place. Quiet neighboorhood and convenienty located in town. We were able to spread out and enjoyed having the extra space and ammentites that you wouldn't get at a hotel. Hosts were really easy to communicate with and very accomodating. Will defintely be staying again!

Centrally located with Red Willow Fairgrounds with Kiplinger Arena only a couple blocks away. New Aquatic Park and related facilities at nearby Kelly Park -only 6 blocks east- Park, Disc Golf, and walking trail. We like to think of McCook as a five minute drive to about any of the supporting facilities-downtown, hospital, YMCA, etc.
