Excellent location. One sofa bed was more comfortable as a bed than the other. One of our keys snapped somehow during our stay, and the host / support team gave us a hard time about it (I don't know how we would even intentionally snap a key if we tried, seemed like the key was of poor quality for this to happen), said they would come by to check on the lock to make sure it wasn't damaged, and then (despite not letting us know we would need to be there in person) said they couldn't get into the apartment because we weren't there and they would need to charge an additional fee on top of key replacement fee to send people out for another trip. We managed for the rest of our trip with the one main building key we had for the two apartments, but it was annoying and felt like they were trying to nickel-and-dime us rather than provide a solid service.Overall, still a solid place to stay given the great location and many restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived.The property was advertised to accommodate six guests with six beds, but only five beds were provided. As a result, one member of our party had to sleep on the floor, which was completely unacceptable.The kitchen was also poorly equipped for six people, with incomplete cutlery, only one kitchen knife, and just two mugs. Simple meal preparation and dining became unnecessarily difficult.Cleanliness was below the standard we expected, with dust, cobwebs, and a stained rug. There were also several maintenance issues, including a bathroom sink that drained very slowly, a bedside table with its door hanging off, and a dining chair that was unstable and rocked when used.Overall, the property was not presented or equipped as advertised. These issues had a significant impact on our stay and should be addressed before future guests arrive.
