Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for our small family to enjoy our first Myrtle Beach vacation. Would definitely stay at again close enough to everything but never felt over crowded.

Everything was great. Something they might want to fix is the guest bathroom faucet in the tub is really hard to turn. Mattresses should be replaced soon.

Amazing visit

It was nice area, tons for the kids to do. The condo was nice and relaxing can use some upgrades but very nice vacation will return if we have another trip.

Great View

Oceanfront isn't always the best. With this unit we had the unobstructed long side view which included daytime sun and Sunset . Our view was Great !!

Updated with A Views

The unit itself is great- located next to the elevators (you cannot hear them) and with the extra bump out balcony offering exceptional views. Water pressure is like a fire hose. The place is well stocked plenty of towels. I've seen negative reviews about the building being under renovation- it is. There wasnt any noise, one room nearby had a smell of urethane one day, but nothing I can ding this unit for. We came during colder weather, so the only indoor pool is a 2 minute walk to the building next door. It's not great, but it's a place to swim. After seeing reviews of the 'awesome' indoor waterparks further north, most stated issues with bugs. I'm happy to report there was not a single bug in our place and no concerns on our end!

Nice Property with a little set back ..

They were up and down the side of the building throughout several days of our stay which made it incredibly hard to enjoy the view. We unfortunately had to keep the curtains closed during most of the stay due to this not only making myself and my wife uncomfortable  but we were concerned for our 16 year old daughter having men on the balcony given access to our room/family at any given time. At one point there were a total of 3 workers on the balcony. As much as we enjoyed your beautiful condo I am sure we would have decided against this stay having been made aware of the construction to include the possibility of having workers show up unannounced making repairs. I understand this sort of thing must take place and is to be expected during renovations, however, it was a little set back in the enjoyment of our vacation. I hope you understand our concerns.
