Our condo is a fully furnished second floor unit that has an open floor plan with a vaulted wood ceiling in the living room, dining and kitchen area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a remodeled attached master bathroom with stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a remolded bathroom with tub/shower. There is additional sleeping on the pull-out sofa, located in the living room. The kitchen has also been remodeled and is equipped with stainless steel stove, refrigerator and dishwasher; also equipped with microwave, George Foreman Grill, toaster, waffle maker, rice maker, granite counter tops and washer/dryer which is located inside the condo. New Central air conditioning unit in 2024, WiFi Nest Thermostat, 3 ceiling fans and 3 flat screen TVs; located in every room. The unit comes equipped with cable TV, WiFi, Apple TVs (3rd and 4th Generation), a DVD player with DVD library, Bluetooth Speaker, built-in Wine Cooler and USB charging clock/USB charging wall mounts.
The unit is located on the corner of San Marco and Collier Boulevard and has an extended 20 foot private balcony with a partial water view of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to the Residence Beach is restricted to yearly rentals only; no passes are being issued for monthly renters (public access point is .6 of a mile away). There are two heated swimming pools located within the complex. There is an assigned parking space with additional parking available. The Mariner Apartments is a “Monthly Rental Only” complex and cannot be rented by the week; also no pets, and no motorcycles allowed (per complex rules). No smoking inside the unit, on the lanai or outside in any common areas. Rent starts on the first of the month.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the converted amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser. VRBO requires 30% down at time of reservation. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy date. All VRBO Instant Quotes are subject to change; due to slight inaccuracies created by VRBO automated responses (see actual monthly rates below). Rates listed are valid through December 2025.
VRBO/HOMEAWAY implements a SERVICE FEE for all rentals. This has nothing to do with the owners, this is a fee that they charge.
What is the SERVICE FEE ?
The service fee is a fee charged to the traveler and is calculated by VRBO, on a sliding scale of 6% to 15% of the total booking. The charge applies to the cost of the rental. Travelers pay the service fee by credit card or eCheck through the checkout flow or payment request. The service fee is charged to the card once the booking has been accepted. The owner also pays a 3% VRBO processing fee for each traveler credit card transaction; in addition to the VRBO required listing fee of 5%, which is also paid by the owner.
