Our group loved this rental property, while the inside was a little dated, it has such a charming Greek feel. The view is STUNNING you have access to an amazing sunset view every night. Anyone booking should carve out time to watch the sunset a couple of nights during their stay. You will need to use the driver to get around for most things there is Buddha bar nearby but you’ll need to book a reservation before going there. It’s not super walkable but that seems standard for the bigger properties. Aside from the property, her team is great, there was then down service and the driver, Christos, she connects you will with be so timely and helpful during your stay.

Beautiful house with great space for a lg family to stay and be able to hang together, eat together and enjoy the beautiful view together. Iliana was wonderful and very helpful and the recommendation of Christos for driving was amazing, he was the most helpful and best person we met over 2 weeks in Greece.

The best rental in Mykonos

Beautiful and classic villa with amazing views. Great for sunset. Get a driver - it’s very complicated to drive there.. housekeeper amazing. So kind. Loved this rental!

The host was very responsive to our messages and the housekeeper was very helpful. View from the villa was beautiful but the beach is not accessible. There is a beach club down the hill but it was 250 for two chairs and they were fully booked our first day. With that said, you do have to take an uber (50 one way) to get anywhere including cafes, restaurants or the beach. The listing shows that it’s a 12 min walk to the beach which is not accurate. The host argues that this is just from Google Maps but it is the first thing that comes up when reviewing the listing so we were very confused! The host also mentioned that all of this information is posted on the listing but our group overlooked it. I wouldn’t walk anywhere from the villa as the hills are extremely steep and roads are very narrow. Overall, it has a nice common area for a large group. The view was stunning and the rooms were decent sized.

stayed 2 days amazing views overlooking the water, its a very cute property. Pictures on VRBO give an accurate feel for what you are renting. It is 15 minutes by taxi to Mykonos town and Scorpios beach club. Santa Marina luxury hotel 3 minute walk (it is a steep incline getting back up) where you can rent beach chairs and cabana right on beach. If looking for a quiet place to relax and get sun but close to beach clubs and Mykonos town this property fits bill. Maria the owner and Illiana the local property care taker are great too

Best view in Mykonos

The location is fabulous for the views and closeness to the ocean. You will need a car but it’s best to use the driver the owner recommends. The patio is very big and great to just relax and enjoy the view. The owner Maria, was fast to respond to my request and flexible with our needs to check in and out. Sometimes the water was cut off but was for a short time . The caretaker of the home is super helpful and always trying to make our stay pleasurable. We loved every moment we stayed at Maria’s home.

Tough to get around

The place was pretty but the beach literally inaccessible. This place is very car dependent and you need one (rental or taxi) to go anywhere. The location is quite far from town and as a result you have limited options. Take away the beech and there’s no reason to stay here over so many other options.

Weekend stay in Mykonos

The property is beautifully situated overlooking the sea and has an expansive outside sitting area that's great for relaxation and enjoying your surroundings. The interior of the house is nicely decorated and is done in true Mykonos fashion. The care taker is fantastic and is truly helpful is making your stay enjoyable. There are a few things that need to be updated and repaired. The bedroom outside of the main house had the bed break on us twice during our stay, and in the master in the main house, two of the beds post came off once you touched them. When we used the hair dryer in the property the electricity cut out and we had to have the care taker re-set the breaker. The a/c is only in the bedrooms and not in any of the common areas of the property. I must say the concerns were addressed during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the property is very spacious, I wasn't aware that one of the rooms was outside the main house but that could be my fault for not reading the fine print.

Dear Flavia, you were great guests, and I would recommend you to every host. Easy to communicate with, very responsive and polite! Thank you for your kind words and the pointed-out issues. Rarely do guests go through all the information in our listing (the platform has predefined areas where we can write all helpful information), but most read the reviews and the responses! This is an opportunity for us to let potential guests know the following: - Electricity might go out sometimes (happened during your stay). The same thing could have occurred with the wifi and the water supply. This is due to the high presence of guests on the island, the wind conditions and the fact that water is coming every day with a tank vehicle. This is why we have an in-house caretaker available 24/7 who is super responsive and offers alternative solutions until everything returns to normal. - The bed was not broken. A few days before your arrival, we have replaced all double mattresses with new ones, and it seems that when placing them on the bedstead, workers accidentally moved the planking. Sorry it happened during your stay, but the good news for future guests is that there is no way it could happen again! - As indicated in the area “Description” as well as in the area “Bedroom details” the 4th bedroom (which is outside the main house) is only available upon request with an extra charge. We did not charge you for this bedroom due to the inconvenience caused. We are happy that despite the incidents you mentioned, your overall experience was highly rated, and we hope to have the chance and host you sometime in the future!

Beautiful Views

This home was a wonderful place to spend our time in Mykonos, where we visit every year. The home was very clean and the housekeeper was a major value add to the property. There was no issue with AC only being in the bedrooms because there are so many doors so the common area is very breezy. We had an issue with one of the showers one day and by the time we got home from lunch it was resolved. Maria was very responsive throughout our stay and helpful in coordinating our check-in and graciously allowed us a late checkout because our flight was later in the day. The view from this home is one of the best that I have seen in all my years going to Mykonos. One piece of advice is to have a driver or concierge arrange your transportation if you are not renting a car or ATV, as the house is a little challenging to find without navigation. We had no problems taking taxis home late at night from Mykonos Town as long as we showed them the driver the Google Maps location pin. The guesthouse bedroom was a bit dark but perfect for our friend who prefers to sleep in! The house is located right above a beach resort where you can walk down a moderate flight of stone stairs from the road and access their restaurant and pay for beach chairs. It was extremely convenient. If you’re looking for a beautiful home with incredible views and a beautiful outdoor dining area, this is the house for you.
