Welcome to your home away from home in Windsor Hills Resort, one of the closest gated communities to Disney (just 2 miles away)! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom modern townhome comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and includes your own private screened-in heated spa pool — perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks.
Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury: a Master Suite with a King bed with plush memory foam topper, premium linens, and private en suite bath; a ground-floor second bedroom with Queen bed and adjacent full bathroom; and a Disney-Themed Kids’ Room: Twin-over-full bunk + twin trundle, private Mickey bathroom, TV, books, and toys.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for family meals — full-size appliances, cookware, and dining for six. Enjoy movie nights on the 65” QLED TV, or challenge each other to games on the Xbox + Kinect. Every bedroom has its own TV, and free WiFi keeps everyone connected.
Step outside to your private screened patio and spa pool with privacy walls and southwest-facing sun — a peaceful spot for your morning coffee or evening wind-down.
As our guest, you’ll also have full access to the Windsor Hills Resort amenities, including: a huge lagoon-style pool with two water slides & hot tub; splash pad, toddler pool, and castle-themed playground; fitness center, movie theater, arcade, and sports courts; a clubhouse with shop, café, and 24/7 gated security. We had stayed at several different places in the area and Windsor Hills was the one place that had everything we really wanted: the large pool and water slide, activities for our kids on days we didn't go to theme parks, 24-hour security, and really quick access to Disney World and the major highways. It was also NEVER empty -- who wants to stay in a resort that everyone else is avoiding?. We have stayed in both the condos and the townhouses in Windsor Hills and found the townhouses to be much more comfortable and the spa pool on the back patio is wonderful for keeping our kids occupied.
The main pool and clubhouse is a one block walk away, and a very cool playground with giant chess set is about a one-block walk in the opposite direction. Tennis and basketball courts are located about two blocks away on the other side of the clubhouse.
