Welcome to your home away from home in Windsor Hills Resort, one of the closest gated communities to Disney (just 2 miles away)! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom modern townhome comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and includes your own private screened-in heated spa pool — perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks.

Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury: a Master Suite with a King bed with plush memory foam topper, premium linens, and private en suite bath; a ground-floor second bedroom with Queen bed and adjacent full bathroom; and a Disney-Themed Kids’ Room: Twin-over-full bunk + twin trundle, private Mickey bathroom, TV, books, and toys.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for family meals — full-size appliances, cookware, and dining for six. Enjoy movie nights on the 65” QLED TV, or challenge each other to games on the Xbox + Kinect. Every bedroom has its own TV, and free WiFi keeps everyone connected.

Step outside to your private screened patio and spa pool with privacy walls and southwest-facing sun — a peaceful spot for your morning coffee or evening wind-down.

Great Location for family

We really enjoyed our stay. The location relative to attractions coupled with onsite amenities offered something for everyone. The property itself was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

The home was very welcoming. We didn’t use the pool, the weather was chilly for Florida but it was nice just looking at it. Its close to all the theme parks, and only about half an hour from the airport. We were 4 seniors looking for fun and relaxation, and we found it here.

Great location

This is our second stay at this property and it is a very nice comfortable condo. Love the soaking pool, and convenient location to local attractions. Main pool/water park area is great for relaxing and family friendly. We ate at their grill, food was great and staff very friendly. All staff from gate security, welcome center and grill staff very helpful and friendly. No issues with the property was a wonderful stay.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying here and we had an amazing time again. The house was spotless again and very well equipped. Can't beat the proximity to the parks and restaurants/stores. Book this one!

Perfect location, close to the parks, private pool

The condo was very close to the parks, clean, and the heated pool was amazing. There was plenty of room for our family of six. It was stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, etc. If we visit the Disney parks again, we will definitely stay here.

Summer Family Getaway

It was a lovely time. Plenty of room for the whole family. The private pool is great when you want to unwind. The resort is amazing for kids. The home was set up nicely with everything we needed. Would stay again for our family vacation.

Fun had by all!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My son's (6 and 9) enjoyed the private pool as well as bunking together in their own room! The house was clean and well furnished. The owners and property management was attentive and responded immediately! It was just a short walk to main pool, splash Pad and park. 100% would stay here again!

Disney family vacation

Great place to stay if your group is larger than what fits into a disney hotel. Stores and restaurants are nearby, drive to disney parks isnt too long (traffic was heavy, property management attends to needs quickly. Kids loved having a pool to splash in after long disney days! We had a great time!

Perfect for us

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean and slept everyone comfortably. The pool at both the house and clubhouse were great. I really enjoyed how close to everything we were located. I will definitely book through SBF vacation rentals again.

AAU basketball tournament in Orlando

This property was priced just right and a great location close to the Walmart, which was easy for grocery hauls, close to the ESPN center where we had our tournament for basketball and only 30 minutes from the airport. I would definitely stay again.

We had stayed at several different places in the area and Windsor Hills was the one place that had everything we really wanted: the large pool and water slide, activities for our kids on days we didn't go to theme parks, 24-hour security, and really quick access to Disney World and the major highways. It was also NEVER empty -- who wants to stay in a resort that everyone else is avoiding?. We have stayed in both the condos and the townhouses in Windsor Hills and found the townhouses to be much more comfortable and the spa pool on the back patio is wonderful for keeping our kids occupied.

The main pool and clubhouse is a one block walk away, and a very cool playground with giant chess set is about a one-block walk in the opposite direction. Tennis and basketball courts are located about two blocks away on the other side of the clubhouse.

Pool heating included with all reservations during October 15 - April 30. Pool heating available outside those dates for $15/night. A signed rental agreement is required to complete the reservation.

Approximately 30% non-refundable deposit due with reservation; remainder due 2 months prior to arrival.

Damage deposit of $500 secured with a credit card at check-in, similar to what happens when you check into a hotel. A photo ID is also required at check-in.

We only accept credit cards and do not charge a fee for this service.
