I love the ski-in, ski-out access. No buses or trying to find parking. The place was nice with a well-stocked kitchen.

I’m very sorry that your stay at Storm Meadows E 41 was disrupted by the extreme heat and that the lack of A/C made the unit uncomfortable for you. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and it’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests. The listing does clearly state that the property does not have A/C. However, we understand that the unusually warm temperatures can make this a significant concern during the summer months. We’ll share your feedback and experience with the homeowner, as the decision to add A/C or other cooling options to the property ultimately rests with the homeowner. We’re also sorry that the resolution provided during your stay did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and taking the time to share your feedback.

Christmas Ski Trip

Great property and location. Super easy to park and the directions from the management group were very clear. If you want to use both of the pull out beds, you need to move furniture around, so make sure you have a couple of strong folks with you. GREAT Location for ski in/ski out. Would stay here again!

Tried to shorten trip due to medical reason and management would not return money for unused days.

I understand there were no refunds in the agreement, I just would have refunded unused days…Clean apartment and nice, however location in building is hard to move in and out of bc of key fobs and doors are many… and small elevator with no cart to easily move your luggage/bikes in and out. Add a small cart and it would be very helpful
