Home was very clean, had enough baby gear for our family, beach toys & towels to use, and was not too far of a drive to Disney. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying at this house! Super clean and comfortable beds. It’s super close to Disneyland and only 30 minutes to the beach. Didn’t do much cooking with the kitchen was stocked with lots of supplies/spices. Host was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful!! My daughter loved the pool. We stayed 3 nights and would most definitely stay again!

I liked that we had a garage to park our two vehicles in. The place was perfect for our party of 8. We were trying to stay between Newport Beach and Disneyland so we could visit both places. This was perfect for that. It’s not easy to get out of the complex, traffic is very heavy. The complex is right on the main road so it was very loud. The main level bedroom is the loudest and we found it hard to sleep in that room.

We had a lot of homeless people around the house, which was a little disturbing. Also, the house looks like it has had a lot of renters; everything seems worn out.

This house was perfect! I go to Disneyland 1-2 times a year and this was my top 2 rentals. We had 12 of us and didn’t feel crowded at all. The host was nice, house was in a great shape, no bugs and very spacious. I own a cleaning company and do vacation homes so I can be very picky but we had zero complaints! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!!!

Disneyland 2025

We loved the Disneyland house, it met all of our family's needs. Our host was great and checked on us throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this house to any big party.

The host was fabulous, there were a few things the rental was lacking but within 24 hours the host had them sent to condo. Host went above and beyond to make stay comfortable and accommodated all our needs.

So Cal Family trip

This property was really good for our needs. It has 4 bedrooms. The host provided pack n plays for the babies to sleep in. And provide high chairs for the babies to eat in. It was centrally located for all the activities that we had planned. There is a pool and small playground at the property for the kids to play in. All our needs were met. Even had toys for the kids to play with at the house, and beach toys to take to the beach. I would stay here again.

This was a great spot for two families to visit Disneyland and surrounding Orange County. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic. Our kids are older, but there were accommodations for little ones (high chairs, toys, even baby gates for the stairs!).All of the rooms are very spacious. We had a group of 8, and we never felt cramped. The unit has nice, tall ceilings. The garage parking was great, and we enjoyed using the pool.One nice touch was that the host provides beach toys and beach towels. That was a nice surprise for our trips to the beach.The location is a quick trip to Disneyland (approximately 10 minute drive), and it's located near the 22 freeway, which made getting around a breeze. The area had some great Mexican restaurants and grocery stores, so we had multiple taco nights in the house.The home is three stories, so there will be stairs. And it fronts on a major street, so road noise can be an issue, if you're sensitive to that. We stayed in the primary suite on the top floor that faces the road, and I had no issues sleeping.

The only reason it’s a 4 and not 5 is the description. It’s a 3 story house, therefore, 2 sets of stairs. Which was not mentioned. I personally hate stairs. Also, it says “with a pool” which is partially true. It has access to a pool. Not a house with a private pool. The house was nice. Minivan and small SUV fit into the garage. The kitchen and living room (2nd floor) was nice and spacious. Baby gates were provided so my granddaughter and grand niece couldn’t take a tumble down the stairs. They had enough play area. Rooms were nice and comfortable. I personally wouldn’t stay again only because of the stairs. So if you don’t mind stairs, this is a good place to stay. Very spacious. Host attentive and while one little problem couldn’t be fixed right away, they answered.

The place was okay; it worked for our needs. It was not as clean as others mentioned. The high chairs were left in the dining room, which we did not need or didn't request. A pair of underwear were left on the floor in one bedroom and the towels were damp upon our arrival. The dishwasher didn't work. I let the owner/manager know. The condo would be nice for families. It should be more clear that the condo is on a very busy road - loud noise - and bright lights from across the street. There are also a lot of stairs - 3 story condo. The bottom of the listing does say "there is no elevator" but I didn't see it when booking. Anyone with mobility issues will have trouble as 3 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. 1 bedroom is on the bottom floor.

The property was very convenient to Disneyland and not too far from really nice beaches. There is a lot of room for many guests. The listing does not state that this is a three floor condo with many steps and that Harbor Boulevard is a very busy street and the bedrooms facing the street are quite noisy all night long. The beds, however. are quite comfortable. The first floor bedroom and bathroom had not been properly cleaned when we arrived. We had a really good time in the area but I'm not sure we'd go back to this property.

Communication from the host was impeccable. The condo was fine, served it's purpose. However, there are a lot of stairs, being a 3 level condo/ townhouse. Truly don't recall seeing that in the description. Limited bathroom towels and blankets, other than that, everything was fine. The townhouse is on a major thoroughfare, with a lot of noise, be prepared. There are transients roaming near, wasnt fared well. Grounds could be better. Community pool and grill was fine. Close to a lot which makes it easy for all.

Excellent place! Three levels was perfect. ADA compliant great for elderly/disabled and very kid friendly. Wouldn’t change a thing. Exactly as advertised and would def stay again!
