Newly renovated and pristine 3 bedroom, 2 full bath residence with full eat in kitchen, covered porch in front and deck in the back. Located in great location in Williamsburg, 5 minutes to Jamestown, 8 minutes to Colonial Williamsburg, in the heart of the Historic Triangle. Sleeps 6, and all comfort amenities included. Completely private, fenced property. Convenient and comfortable family location.

A great place to stay! Technically a small house, it still felt very spacious for four people. Everything was clean and well kept. The property was beautiful and private. The location was also great; we never had to drive more than 20 minutes to get anyway. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent location near Powahatan trail. Close to Jamestown Settlement and Colonial Williamsburg. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient.

July 4th Week 2025

My family of three, including our energetic three-year-old son, stayed here the week of July 4th, 2025. We’ve visited this area before, but this was our first time staying at this home—and it truly hit all the marks.We’ve stayed in a couple dozen rentals through Vrbo and other platforms, and this one stands out. The location is ideal—everything is within about 15 minutes, including several great restaurants. If you’re into coffee, definitely check out 1607 Coffee, just five minutes away.The home is well laid out with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a shower), a spacious living room, and a generously sized kitchen. The back porch with a grill was a highlight, and the flat, green yard was perfect for our little one to run around and ride his bike after long days out. Meanwhile, we got to relax on the front porch in the rockers with a nice drink. The porch was especially lovely on those warm summer nights.Thank you, Armando, for your hospitality—we can’t wait to return as our little guy grows!One small suggestion: consider adding a second lock higher up on the front door. Our son was able to unlock and open it easily, which gave us a bit of a scare. Better safe than sorry!

Felt like home very nice

We stayed here for 5 days. It it felt like home and was very close to all the locations to see in Williamsburg it was very nice inside and out. It has all the amenities that you would probably have at your house. All the VRBO reviews on its location we're very helpful and honest. Local brewery just down the street Frothy Moon that place good also. We will book again here if ever in the area on vacation.

Excellent, beautiful stay

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed our time at your beautiful house. Everything was well kept, very clean, very organized. You can tell Armando really keeps up with the house and makes sure it is welcoming to guests. Very close to Williamsburg, Jamestown, etc.

Great location, comfortable and convenient

We loved having two bathrooms and a big kitchen that was well equipped. We spent time enjoying the deck and yard. All in all, one of the best vacation rentals I’ve had.

First visit to the area

This was a great home to stay at while we visited the area over a long weekend. It was one of the cleanest places I have stayed at including some hotels. Great location, just far enough away from attractions to give you a break from people, but close enough to be convenient. The host was responsive and had good directions. Would stay again.

Beautiful Comfortable Home, Convenient Location

My husband and I stayed for a week in this lovely home, in the autumn. We cycled on the Capital Trail and visited Colonial Williamsburg and the location of this home was convenient for both these activities. The home itself is as it appears in the photos, and is well-maintained and very clean and comfortable. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay a great deal. Everything was in good working order. The home has excellent lighting and feels quite private. We did meet the owner, who was quite pleasant and gave us helpful information regarding the area. We would definitely enjoy staying in this home again.

Wonderful Home Base While Visiting Williamsburg

The Guest House was a perfect home away from home for the five days spent exploring Colonial Williamsburg (8 min drive) and all the other attractions in the area. The house is immaculate, stocked with all the basics and so comfortable that we weren’t in any hurry to leave in the mornings! There is ample parking and privacy. While there are several eating options around, we took advantage of the huge Publix close by and their carry out meal options. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer host than Armando, who we met briefly while there. Thanks for sharing this gem of a house with us!

Great stay! Great location!

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this house-it was clean, had everything that we needed, was reasonably priced, and Armando was great at communicating, too! We also liked that it was so close to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. In addition, there are several restaurants, and shopping nearby as well. We would love to return to the area , and would definitely book this home again if we do!

Unbelievably wonderful!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owner has taken so much care to meet the needs of visitors at this home. There was more than enough to keep us comfortable. The place was clean and very well maintained. The location was awesome and close to tourist activities yet was quiet and not overpopulated. We would definitely stay here again !

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the washing machine was broken when we arrived but we were able use one at Armando's other property until it was fixed. The location was great, close to Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown. It was nice having a farmer's market directly across the street.

Annual reunion of 3 college friends of 50 years

The house was perfect for us since we each had our own room. The kitchen and living room were great for long chats and reminiscing. The location was only a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg so we went all 3 days. We enjoyed the fire pit and ate yummy s’mores! Highly recommend this place!

History Tour

This property was one of our better experiences. It was clean, modern amenities, great location and exactly as shown in the pictures. We were centrally located within 20-25 minutes of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Quiet road less than 5 minutes from shopping. Plenty of dining options within 5 miles.
