This home was amazing and is just how it is pictured. The views are amazing and the beach is your back yard. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is well supplied. The location is perfect - a quick drive or short walk to several wonderful establishments. We will come back to this location - it was the best we have stayed in, in the Destin area

Steps away from the water and sand!

Loved how close this was to the beach and was able to walk everywhere for restaurants and stores.

Exactly as pictured. Very clean. Literally steps to beach and water. Host is very generous with a free chair set up and umbrella. Very nice stay

The property was absolutely perfection. I under appreciated the Private beach listing until I saw the zoo of people down the beach. It was so peaceful and was the perfect get away. We are now considering renting a few units to move our wedding here. One of the few places that you can have a beautiful view from either of your balconies and also walk straight to the beach in a few steps. Only tip for others booking. You have reserved parking right in front, you walk a flight to the living area, kitchen and bath, and then upstairs are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with laundry. Balconies are off of the living room and the master bedroom. 2nd bedroom view is of the Main Street. I saw this for those that may not be able to handle stairs. I would 100% book with confidence and plan to book again in the future. Thank you so much for allowing us to make memories that we will never forget.

The view was spectacular!!!! Furniture, bedding and linens were great. The place was really clean, too! I think it would be helpful to publish about all the stairs. That was a surprise and challenging for our guests.The AC went out and it took a couple of days to repair but the property manager provided a portable AC unit that helped. There was also a severe shower leak in the master. That took too long to remedy and it ruined my husbands computer keyboard he uses for work. There was no offer to replace the keyboard or discount our stay as we had to remain in the condo while all repairs were being made due to concerns of letting our dog loose.

Perfect Location

First, the pros: location is perfect. Right on the beach. Beach service included. Walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Short drive to others. Unit was very clean. Kitchen stocked with essentials. Unit stocked with some basics like paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, to get you through the first day. Cons: parking. Two car limit only applies if it is two compact vehicles. Otherwise I'd say one vehicle. Definitely no more than that. The stairs. This unit has a lot of them. If you have young children or if any of your party have physical limitations, this is probably not the best option for a visit. Overall, was pleased with the unit and would consider staying here again.

This was a beautiful property at an unbeatable location! The beach service was wonderful, sunsets were spectacular, and we had everything we needed within walking distance or a short drive. James is an excellent host. The parking is a little tricky with larger vehicles and limited space, but James made even that part easier to navigate. I would definitely stay here again!
