The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with private hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, and outdoor dining area. Please note there may be guests occupying the upper level of the home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove on Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access to the lake with a public access area within walking distance that contains a parking spot and is secluded. No children under 12 or fires are permitted.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Terrace at Henry Hallow! The outdoor area was our favorite — so peaceful and relaxing. The comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities made the stay even better. The personalized note from the owners was such a nice touch and meant a lot to us on our anniversary trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the terrace was amazing. It was peaceful and close enough to eureka to be able to enjoy the town and the lake. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The terrace was stocked well, clean, just enough space for us to enjoy our weekend.

If you stay here, make sure you book more than a couple nights. I mean it when I say two nights is not enough and will leave you wanting more. It’s beautiful and the host makes sure it’s very comfortable for you.

Crystal was the best host we have ever had the views were great and lake access was easy, do not recommend take a motorcycle but we did manage thanks to crystal would and will stay again

This host was amazing. She was easy to reach and very accommodating! The cabin is a dream! Everything was as advertised. The hot tub, patios, and grill were all in perfect working order. Proximity to the water is a big bonus. Very quaint and cozy. The greenhouse and surrounding area were so relaxing. We will definitely return!

We absolutely loved the Terrace! The thoughtfulness put into every aspect of the room was amazing. We arrived to find a personalized card and basket of goodies waiting for us. The hot tub was perfect and completely private, location is beautiful, and the patio is the cherry on top! We will absolutely be booking again in the future.

We came to Eureka for a weekend birthday getaway. The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the cabin was quiet for some much needed relaxation.Crystal and Ben were amazing hosts! I had some trouble accessing the key to the property(user error, not the fault of the property) and they were kind, helpful and patient with us. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay!

I had an absolute blast on the Terrace! The property itself is clean, homey, and stocked with books, games, movies, dishware & cutlery. Had a great time utilizing the hot tub (also clean and works well) in addition to the community fire pit area and access to the dock! Would highly recommend hiking around Beaver Lake Dam on the Overlook Trails and visiting the restaurants on Van Buren. Lastly, I cannot speak highly enough of the hosts! Communication was clear and very thorough.

Location was a bit of a surprise, farther out from Eureka Springs than we expected. Stairs to property were a challenge for us 70 yr olds, but we managed. Property was very nice. Spring weather didn't exactly cooperate but we still enjoyed our time. Host was easily contacted.

Nice accommodations, but there were a lot of stairs we had to navigate. Gravel road to our place was very rough. The owners were super nice and helpful! Overall, a very nice getaway!

Just want others to know that there are exactly 16 stairs down to the Terrace, they are wide, and there is a handrail for those who may need it. We are located on Beaver Lake in the Ozarks, so stairs and hills are highly common where we live, and the description and photos of our listing are extremely clear and accurate. The gravel road is one of the best kept roads in the area, does not require 4WD, and we have many guests stay with us who travel in on motorcycles. Again, we appreciate your feedback and happy you had a nice getaway.
