Hi Jen, thank you for your review! We do apologize for the minor issues that you had. The condo is on the first floor. Because the garages are on the bottom level so the first level is where you would go to get into the condos. As for the TVs, we do apologize for this and have gotten this issue fixed for the future guest staying here. The trash goes into the trash bins located by Argus Drive in the community bins. There is a pier on property that guest can go to if they would like. We hope to host you again in the future!
