Great rental! Jennie was excellent to work with from booking the rental to checking out. The home is really cute and super clean. It has everything you need to enjoy a stay in Athens! The neighborhood was extremely quiet, even with it being a football weekend. We rented the home to attend the football game and walked to the stadium in less than 15 minutes. Great little house and a great location! Will definitely stay again!

We rented out the apartment for a weekend volleyball tournament at the Classic Center. It was very clean, close to everything, and Jennie and Dave were excellent hosts, even allowing us a later checkout due to the time change.

Lovely cottage in the heart of Athens

Our host was gracious and welcoming and the above garage cottage was really cute and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy with all the needed amenities for a fun weekend. Walkable to five points in Athens but fairly quiet and serene considering we were in the heart of the town. Would definitely stay here again!
