This property boasts character & charm including a great porch, living /dining area with a 42 in. flat screen TV and a private bedroom with a queen sized bed. Parking included for up to 2 cars. Located on historic Henderson Ave., just off Milledge Ave. and Baxter St. Great for parent weekends, football games and more.

We were clean freaks about our property before being a clean freak was cool!

Minimum age requirement: 23. We live in the main house with our young son. We encourage you to have a good time and enjoy yourself. Just be courteous. No pets allowed.

Always wonderful

This was my 4th stay. It is now almost my home away when I am visiting my son. Hosts are always available if I need anything but I never do because has it all!! Thank you!!

Perfect for Athens and the Dawgs

Great place to stay and easily walk to downtown Athens and the football stadium. Very clean with lots of room.

Great location and excellent property

This cute carriage house had everything my husband and I could have needed. The kitchenette is super cute and stocked with lots of coffee. Linens were very high quality and an excellent TV to watch game day before walking to the stadium. Great for UGA weekend!

Move In weekend

This property is located on one of the best streets off Millege. The location is superb if you have children involved in UGA Greek life. The house was clean, well supplied, and very comfortable as we had 2 labor intensive days of move-in with our daughter.

Great Stay

Beautiful and clean place. Very comfy bed. Spacious living room. The white kitchen cabinet blended well with the hallway wall. I had to mention it because after living off two mugs and a bowl for a day and half, I finally had built up the nerve to ask Jennie if I could borrow two plates, a bowel, and 2 sets of utensils - only to be instructed to look inside the cabinet which I still missed it walking by a couple more times until my daughter found it. We all had a good laugh. Jennie said for the same reason, she sometimes would leave the cabinet door open for the guest upon arrival. She must over estimated our hide and seek skills, lol! The only minor suggestion would be to add blackout curtains in the bedroom because the lights from the Baxter St business were too bright for me personally. Special note: My daughter loved the sound machine. I loved all the scent of the dish detergent, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner!

Always fantastic

Another wonderful stay. I was visiting my son again for parent's weekend from TX and planned ahead to be able to return to this property. The owners are so hospitable. Available if anything is needed but they have already provided everything for a great stay. The location is the best!! Right between my son's dorm and his fraternity! I have already booked my May "pickup" stay. Thank you Jennie!

Great weekend!

We rented out the apartment for a weekend volleyball tournament at the Classic Center. It was very clean, close to everything, and Jennie and Dave were excellent hosts, even allowing us a later checkout due to the time change.

Very Conveniently Located and Charming

Top notch all the way!

Awesome football weekend! Wonderful place to stay in Athens with all the amenities. The host made sure that no corners were cut and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.

Perfect

I hesitate to write my review because I would like this apartment to be available EVERY time I visit my son at UGA. The apt was clean and extremely comfortable. The owners are close by, kind and available should problems come up. But they did not. They were kindly accommodating of my very late arrival and left lights on, the air down and coffee all set for my next morning with fresh cream in the frig. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be close to campus and greek housing. By far my favorite place to stay at UGA. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Pictures don’t capture the cozy charm!

I loved this place! It’s so charming and cozy. Every detail was considered - even throw blankets on the couch! Coffee, soaps, everything! Parking was easy and directions were precise. Would stay here again!
