Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Anna Maria Island beaches and IMG Academy, it comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with two king suites, a bunk room, and a double bed guest room.

The neighborhood is quiet and filled with mostly locals. It is SO peaceful. We absolutely love watching all the birds and turtles in the pond. The pool and screened in lanai are perfect for relaxing and entertaining guest. If you decide you want out of the sun you can go to one of many covered outdoor areas for reading, relaxing or enjoying a cocktail or coffee in the morning. Sunrise and Sunset are picture perfect at the Florida House!

We just love how peaceful it is. If you are looking for a true vacation from the hustle and bustle of every day life, come on down to the Florida House! I designed it to be light, bright and airy with a tasteful decor throughout. Play games, have a movie night in the large family room or have quiet time in one of many sitting areas (inside or out!).
