During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

For leisure moments, our condominium offers a game room, gourmet lounge, modern gym, refreshing common-use pool, and barbecue area for social gatherings. Additionally, for those who need to maintain productivity during their stay, we offer a coworking space. Some of these spaces need to be reserved in advance, and their use is subject to an additional condominium fee.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it can also be closed by the condominium management on other days of the week for maintenance.
