In accordance with the local laws, we will need a copy of the passport (on the chat) for all guests checking in which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal.

🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.
🚫 No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.
🐾 NO pets are allowed.
🔑 Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.
🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands, and be mindful not to stain the sofa, mattress, or carpet.
