Welcome to this charming 3,000 sq. ft. bohemian townhouse, located just a block from Gramercy Park. This private home combines contemporary and antique elements, offering a unique and inviting space for your New York City stay. With a beautifully landscaped private patio, three bedrooms, and 2.5 baths, it provides a warm and memorable experience that’s distinctly different from a typical hotel.


The Space

Step into a home full of character and architectural distinction. While the house has the charm and quirks of an older building, it’s a well-loved and welcoming space that feels like a true New York experience. The living area features soaring 20-foot cathedral ceilings, adding a sense of openness and grandeur. The adjoining open chef’s kitchen is equipped with floor-to-ceiling Wenge cabinets, Italian granite counters, and a spacious island—perfect for casual gatherings or home-cooked meals.

Please Note: Due to a temporary gas outage in the area, we’ve made a few adjustments:
• The main gas stove is currently not operational, but we’ve provided an electric cooktop and an electric air fryer oven so you can still cook comfortably.
• The dryer, which runs on gas, will function with natural air drying only—please allow extra time for clothes to dry, especially in cooler months.
• During the winter season, we’ve switched to electric heating units throughout the home. While the central gas HVAC system is not in use, the electric heating setup keeps the house cozy and warm.
• Cooling during spring and summer remains unchanged and fully functional.


Sleeping Arrangements:
• Master Bedroom: Located at the back of the house, the master suite offers a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Tucked away from the city noise, it’s a quiet and restful retreat perfect for unwinding.
• Front Bedrooms: The two front-facing bedrooms overlook Third Avenue and may experience some noise due to the bustling city outside. However, they remain comfortable and well-appointed for a pleasant stay.

Guests will have full access to the entire three-floor townhouse, including two private terraces that offer a peaceful escape from the city’s energy. While this home may not be brand new, it makes up for it with charm, character, and thoughtful touches designed to make your stay enjoyable.
