We start our Agricultural accommodation with passion. Our aims is to create sustainable living where we adopt Balinese Tri Hita Karana philosophy – living harmoniously with God, with humans, and with nature.

Barn N Bunk is an Agricultural Accommodation and Organic Farming Education Centre. One of our main goals are focusing on research investment in developing new and improved best management practices that scientifically proven to help organic rice and chilli farmers increase their yields in an environmentally sustainable way. We work with farmers in developing these practices and technologies and share them with people that visit Barn N Bunk from around the world, including with farmers who practice SRI (System of Rice Intensification). In doing so, we target our resources in the most effective way to assist rice farmers. SRI can be used as a mechanism to help locally test and adapt new best management practices and we look forward to working with SRI practitioners in trying these technologies out.

Located next to the famous surfing spot, we also like to host surfers and provide their best needs (Accommodation and organic and free range food). You only focus on what you do best, which is surfing! (that's if you can tackle the world famous right hander waves) ;)

The deluxe wooden bungalow comes with a spacious room with a beautiful bed in semi rattan teak, an intimate bathroom with a sunken marble bathtub, a large sitting veranda area with a cozy day- bean bags, a special rattan chair, and a panoramic veranda with overlooking the sea of Nusa Penida peninsula, organic rice and chilli field and the great mount Agung.
It can accommodate up to 2 adults. Styled with minimalist-modern Balinese structures providing inspiration, joy, and serenity.

When you stay at Barn N Bunk you are not helping a CEO buy a third vacation home. You are simply helping farmers in our community to put food on their table. Helping their kids to buy books, sent them back to school, and inspire them through learning to achieve their dreams. Helping to educate the farmers with better method of farming so it will increase their farming production.

While you spending your vacation time with us, you are helping our farmer's community to get a better life. Our customers are our shareholders and they are the ones we strives to make happy. So we will make sure that we deliver through the experience of living in Bali's nature at its best to our guests that stay with us. We are here collaborate with the government of Gianyar to encourage the local farmers not to sell their land-field but to have System of Rice Intensification (SRI) which is a methodology that aimed at increasing the yield of rice produced in farming. It is a low water, labor-intensive, organic method that uses younger seedlings singly spaced and typically hand weeded with special tools. Proponents of SRI claim its use increases yield, saves water, reduces production costs, and increases income and that benefits have been achieved in 40 countries since 1983.

Big things often have small beginnings, it takes YOU to start the trend.
