The stay was wonderful! Kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. Hot tub worked efficiently and truly everything was very smooth! We ended up needing a large pan and lid ( you had plenty but our group cooks a lot), so we bought one and donated it to your setup!

Excellent Home for a family Vacation

House was clean and comfortable. Lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. Big kitchen where we cooked meals. Both indoor and outdoor living spaces were comfortable. The pool was amazing, clean and the water features were a great touch. Se settled right in and all the kids asked if we could come back. Would definitely recommend this property.

This home was an excellent layout for 4 families with 4 teenage boys and 7 parents. We were in Indio for a lacrosse tournament and this worked perfectly. Easy and prompt communcation throughout. Clean and ready for us on time. Very big house that never felt crowded. Perfect location close to the Empire Polo fields. Kitchen was well stocked. We heated the spa but not the pool and the boys went in both - the pool was "refreshing"! The correct bed configuration is in the written description but it's a bit different from the bed pictures in the ad. This was the only surprise but there was still lots of room. Our flight home got delayed and Anna and team were quick to accommodate us. We would definitely stay here again.

House was very nice and well maintained. Ping pong table was fun and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. House was spacious and was able to accommodate all our guests. One challenge we had was with the pool which was not heated on our arrival and was not corrected by management despite frequent requests. I was able to rectify the situation by repriming the pump and manually adjusting the heat myself, but the communication regarding how to resolve the heating issues was lacking and made the experience less relaxing than it should have been. We were also told we would be refunded the first day of pool heating on account of the challenges we experienced but management never made good on that promise.

Anna was great at communicating from the very beginning. She answered all questions and was very helpful. In the day of, we stumbled upon an issue at check in. I messaged and she answered right away. The house is beautiful and the backyard is literally how it looks on the pictures. The pool is so nice and the depth is probably 6 ft. You can choose to heat up the pool or the jacuzzi but because of the amazing weather, no need for either. Oh! This is also pet friendly! The house is located so close to restaurants and bars. Everything about this weekend was spectacular and Anna made everything so fun and easy for us! Would definitely book again with her! If you’re looking into this location, book it! It’s worth it!
