About the Space:
Welcome to the Modern Texan Retreat! This spacious home has plenty of space for everyone.

Upon arrival you will find plenty of parking with a 3 car garage and expansive driveway on this corner lot property. Come in and get settled!

Walking into the property you’ll be met with big Texas style in our oversized game room with pool table and office space directly off the entry way. This space flows perfectly into the open concept kitchen, dining and living spaces with plenty of seating for your whole group.

Our kitchen is readily stocked with all of your basic cooking supplies including spices, cookware, bakeware, Kuerig Duo coffee maker & coffee, blender, air fryer and more!

Say “howdy” to the spacious living room, complete with a large sectional couch, 65 in TV and gas fireplace for those colder nights & game day fun!

On the main level you will also find the massive primary suite with a king size bed, dresser, seating & oversized primary bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk in shower and plenty of closet space!

The half bathroom off the hallway and laundry room can also be found on this level with direct access to the garage.

Head upstairs to find the 4 additional bedrooms. Each room consists of a bed, dresser, smart tv & more. We have 3 king size beds, two queen size beds, a futon & queen air mattress in the home, each in their own individual rooms. For our younger travelers we also supply a pack n play in the primary room.

Upstairs has two additional full bathrooms, both with a tub/shower combo and of course our incredible theatre room with massage chairs for your viewing pleasure! This room is the perfect place for additional guests to sleep and stays quite dark!

Outside we have set you up with a fire pit area with cooktop fire pit, charcoal BBQ grill, hot tub, play area (playset has been disassembled and will be replaced at a later date) and plenty of seating! You have direct access to this space through the primary bedroom and the dining room/living room areas.

Our backyard is fully fenced in, making it perfect for our small or furry friends!
