Modern studio in Patong city with fully equipped kitchen. Stay in the quite area of the most vibrant town in Phuket. Here you will have easy access to all in one place, shopping malls, restaurants, beach and night life.

Apartment includes Smart 65" TV, Cable TV, washing machine, private internet line/WiFi (50Mb/25Mb), air-condition, fan, iron, drier, full equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and cooking plate.

Apartment is located in walking distance to the beach(15 minutes walk).
Patong is a great place to stay if you want to live near all the day and night life attractions and this apartment let you enjoy this by staying in nice and quite area.

great stay

it was a bit out of the way but really enjoyed the stay. your own kitchen to cook your meals, aircon was great, overall great stay and next time im in phuket will book again for sure.

Highly recommend

The host went above and beyond for me the whole time I was there. He helped me with renting a motor bike and gave me good suggestions on food and stuff.

Excellent stay

The property owner was very helpful and understanding of our needs. He gave several ways to communicate with him if we had a need or question. Property was very clean and property staff were friendly and helpful

Das Apartment war nicht Neu so wie es in fewo angeboten wurde.Der Handtuch Halter war kaputt,

Wir waren nicht zufrieden, es war viel zu Teuer. Und die Klima war sehr laut. Wir hatten Kakalacken im Bad. Das Gebäude ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Tolles Zimmer

Habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Lage: etwas außerhalb aber dafür sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß 25 min, mit bike 6 min zum Zentrum.Zimmer: Sauber, geräumig, großer TV, genügend Stauraum, alles da was man braucht. Küche: Gut ausgestattet, wie bechrieben.Bad: Könnte sauberer sein, aber alles im Rahmen.Fazit: Habe den Aufenthalt und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die kommunikation mit Aleksander war auch sehr nett.Kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. :-)

Phuket and beyond

Very nice property for our 6 day stay, a little out of way but we always hire a scooter it's a must . super pool salt water and a nice gym 10 minutes on the bike to all major shopping and bars can't go wrong would stay again.

Pla is a life saver

The property is as they say. But all I can say is that if it wasn't for PLA I would not stay there again. BUT because of her I would definitely stay again

Beautiful modern Apartment

The apartment is beautiful with a small patio, looking out at the trees , and sky , lovely to draw back the curtains and look out with total privacy. It is in a quiet location, yet close to everything a short walk away. It has a very comfortable big bed and great shower and wash room all very clean. The kitchen is good too if you want to eat in, but food in the locality is good and cheap. There is a lovely pool and gym at the resort also.. Aleksander the owner is very helpful, and replies to any queries immediately. Transport is arranged from and to the airport by Aleksanders agent ,at a reasonable cost . We were very happy in this lovely apartment so fantastic value for the cost . Thank you Aleksander . , hope to come back some day ..

Appartement bien équipé mais beaucoup trop bruyant, chantier face au balcon et lobby de l'autre côté avec le restaurant, bruit de tous les passages nuit et jour et la nuit parfois très animés personnel pas aimable

Sorry that you feel that way. I use apartment as my vacation home and work from there on laptop as programmer. There are from time to time some noises of people walking, but nothing more than talk and not during the night. There is no noise at all from side of balcony. It is absolutely quite location from any road/Patong noise.

Beautiful Property

I really enjoyed this property. I found it online and was unsure because I didn't see many reviews. The property is clean, quiet, very modern and overall amazing! The front desk staff was not very pleasant but I was renting an individual unit and didn't really have to interact with them often. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Great apartment, great building and outstanding service

The apartment and the building are beautiful, close to Patong but still far enough to have some quiet. The service was impeccable and so helpful. I highly and heartily recommend this place.

Near Patong but protected from noise (fortunately)

Aleksander it's a good host, and his place how the photo describes it. it's really near the centre of Patong but fortunately it is far away from the caos! really recommended.
