- Pool Hours: The pool is closed from dusk until dawn.
- PARKING IS LIMITED: One standard-size vehicle only.
On-site parking is shared and available on a first-come basis.
Parking is for registered guest vehicles only and operates on a first-come basis. Unregistered or additional vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
- No trailers, boats, RVs, or oversized vehicles.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING: A $500 fine will be charged
- No pets allowed
- No unregistered guests
- An initial “starter” supply of toilet paper, garbage bag, paper towel is provided.

Other things to note:

As a licensed lodging establishment in the State of Florida, all reservations require completion of our electronic rental agreement before check-in. Like any lodging establishment, we are required to maintain guest registration records for each reservation. Our electronic rental agreement serves as the guest registration process by confirming the primary guest’s information, occupancy details, and acknowledgment of the property’s rules.

This requirement applies to every reservation and helps ensure a smooth check-in experience.

The rental agreement will ask for your home address, phone number(s), & email address. The agreement will be sent to you automatically upon booking, check your spam folder in your email, if it is not there send me a message and I will send you a direct link to the rental agreement that must be read and signed before check-in information will be sent over.

Guests are given one parking spot. Sunrise Motel is not responsible for theft or damage. No visitor vehicles. No unregistered guests allowed.
Pineapple Cove Vacation Rentals LLC is not responsible for theft or damage while parked on site.
