Welcome to our NEW Cozy Blue Ribbon Ranch

This is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1000 sq foot home. This home is completely remodeled interior and exterior with all new furnishings. Living room has a large sectional and comfy chair to watch the 65” tv. Kitchen and dining area is a large area with a table with two chairs and a bench as well as all the kitchenware you will need. Primary bedroom and second bedroom has a comfy new queen mattresses as well as a 27” Roku tv and a large walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a large closet as well. The third bedroom has one twin bed with new mattress and a closet. Back door deck is a 10x12 composite deck. Ample parking available.

Clean property with the perfect essentials. Close to the hustle and bustle but far enough away that it’s peaceful! Would definitely recommend staying for anytime of the year.

Everything was super clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. I love the driveway and how much space it offers. It's a bit chilly so just bring some fuzzy socks. My only note is the water pressure was very minimal but that doesn't keep me from giving 5 stars! We actually shared the listing at the wedding we went to with a bunch of people because we loved it so much. Hopefully they VRBO with you soon!

We enjoyed our time at The Cozy Blue Ribbon Ranch. Great location and even though it is right off the highway the traffic noise didn’t bother us at all. Check in was easy, the house was clean and the beds were comfy.

Very friendly and responsive owners. Great location 15 minutes from downtown North Conway. I stay in a lot of rentals and this one was by far the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Cheers!

North Conway 2025

Had a great stay , home was perfect for my family and the owner was very accommodating. The home was extremely clean and appeared to be new. All the amenities were great and it’s just 15-20 mins from all the chaos of North Conway. Seemed a bit further than we anticipated at first however days into our stay it was actually just perfect and we appreciated it was outside all the traffic. They plowed the driveway multiple times during our short stay which was wonderful and they clearly are on point! If I had any recommendations (not one complaint) it would be that there is definitely a need for additional storage in the bedrooms. There aren’t any dressers or shelving in the bathroom or bedroom closets etc. It’s not an overly large space so shelves inside the large closets would be perfect. There’s hanging space, plenty of it. There are some small cubicles with small bins in each bedroom however they were too small for my things and just large enough for undergarments etc.Its definitely doable without, but it would be a nice addition to an already A accommodation. The kitchen, bathrooms and entire home appetite have been remodeled in the last 30-90 days it was that clean and new looking. We definitely will book again soon for next year. We have zero complaints and again the owner was amazing and very attentive and always responded almost immediately. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your perfect little vacation home! It was perfect!!!

Nice place!

This house is very nicely renovated. The sleeping accommodations were great. The location was a little further than I anticipated but still a nice location. Amenities were ample. The only issue would be the proximity to the highway and the amount of noise that could be heard.

Lovely House-Highly Recommend

Hosts were so kind and accommodating! The house is brand new and so clean. They even got an air mattress for my daughter for our stay. Is close to shopping and restaurants! Kitchen has all you need to cook and all linens are provided..
