You must read and acknowledge all house rules prior to booking. All guests are also required to sign waivers at least 48 hours before check-in.

NOTE: In addition to offering a beautiful space for family gatherings, getaways , we are now pleased to offer events and weddings for up to 25-30 guests as an ADD-ON Value package. Whether you're planning a small, intimate wedding ceremony, a milestone anniversary, or a celebration of love, the Kingdom provides a sophisticated backdrop for your special day.

• PARKING: Park in the designated parking spaces provided as per parking plan aerial view posted on the property or map image shared by host

• NO SMOKING inside & outside the property. Happy Canyon is at high wildfire risk area with no fire hydrants. So, Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

• PETS: Allowed but please keep them off furniture and clean up after them. Owner approval and additional Fee/deposit is required.

Please note that there are NO FENCES between property lines; therefore, pets must always be kept on a leash for their safety and the consideration of neighboring properties. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests!

• NO NUISANCE: Home is in peaceful family friendly neighborhood in residential area. Absolutely NO late and/or overnight parties inside or outside property. No excessive foot traffic. Any complaints will lead to lower rating and penalties. Please be considerate of neighbors

• SNOW REMOVAL: Guests are responsible for clearing snow from the front entryway, surrounding walkway, and pathway to be used during their stay. Shovels are provided for your convenience. Management will also arrange for snow removal crews as available to assist in keeping pathways clear.

• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS without prior approval.

• FIREARMS & FIRE RELATED ACTIVITIES are strictly prohibited on the property. including charcoal grill. Only use provided outdoor grill at dedicated area.

• ATVs usages are not allowed on the property.
