The spacious kitchen, dining and cozy living areas reside on the main level of the inn. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical heated pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an ensuite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, countertop ice machine, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

The soothing Cornish Suite is located on the 3rd floor and offers two bedrooms, suitable for up to 4 guests. The first room offers a plush king bed, a sitting area and mini-fridge. The second bedroom features a double bed and provides access to the full PRIVATE bathroom with shower. The sloping ceiling over the bed makes for a cozy nook in your nighttime retreat. You will find an outdoor deck with lounge furniture just outside of the room.

Find your serenity and let your mind melt, listening to the soft rush of our pool waterfall. Great place to stay if taking ferry to Dry Tortugas. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to shops and restaurants. Will book there again.

This was the most ideal location that we’ve ever stayed in Key West. We’ve already talked about staying at the same spot again next year as it was a short distance from everything we needed. Clean and beautiful part of town, absolutely would recommend to anyone!

Toilet was not working and we had to manually put water into the tank to flush it. Room smelled moldy. We were told to consult with the inn keeper who was apparently invisible. Shower tiles were gross with mildew in the grout and barely any toiletries for the 4 of us. Will never go back and do not recommend at all.

The rooms were comfortable, the Inn was on a quiet street, and we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Old Town. The Cafe Bustelo K-cups were a happy surprise! Would definitely book here on return trips.

We selected the Inn on Fleming as it was only one of a few offering two bedroom units, but what a find! Aside from the walk through of one of the bedrooms to reach the shared bathroom, the rooms are beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches and practical storage. The property is very tasteful and offers the old world Key West charm we looked for. Close to everything, the short walk to Duval wasn't a problem. For downtime, the peaceful gardens and communal areas were most welcome. Would definitely stay again if returning to Key West!

Charming Downtown Inn
Super charming and very clean and quiet Inn. We loved the fact that we could walk to everything downtown and could leave our car on an adjacent street. This was a very memorable visit and my young adult sons loved the location as much as I did.

Very charming and lovely historic building. From start to finish the management company was extremely responsive for any questions or concerns. Beds and linens comfortable, plenty of towels. Nice to have personal keurigs in both rooms and even thoughtful touches like small snacks. The common areas were lovely and modern with more space and facilities than we expected. With four of us sharing a 2 bed 1 bath, it was very helpful to have the additional powder room in the common area. Pool was small but a nice option for relaxation. 20 min or less walk to everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay and would love to return whenever possible.

We had a great week in Key West, the place was wonderful would love to stay again sometime. The house was fully equipped and clean very spacious and relaxing I would highly recommend it!

My two brothers and I stayed here for two nights and loved this “cottage” on the top floor of this old and beautiful house. The King bed in one room and double bed in the other were enough space for us. Great A/C, little fridge and outside seating area were nice! We had to share a small outdoor area with another couple - it was close quarters but they were nice. The place is clean and convenient and sweet- nice pool area.

This unit offers good value with two sleeping rooms. Very clean and comfortable

Great location, clean and perfect for what we needed. Exactly as listed! Just pay attention to dehumidifier as it needs to be emptied daily!

Loved our stay! We stayed in the Cornish Suite on the 3rd floor. Middle of June and we always came back to a nice cool room, ice machine in the room, phone chargers next to the bed, Keurig Coffee and pods in the room. They have thought of everything. We will definitely return next time we are in Key West!
