Built in 1894, the delightful Inn on Fleming is an 11 room boutique hotel that was once the residence of Board of Education chair Glynn Archer until it was transformed into what is now a serendipitous tropical refuge, boasting 9 unique rooms and suites and tucked into a peaceful residential street. You are only two blocks from the Historic Seaport and a short stroll to 5 star restaurants, bars, shopping and the endless allure of famous Duval Street. Whether you're looking to hook your catch of the day, visit upscale art galleries, or swim with the dolphins, let us be your home away from home in paradise.
***The full kitchen, dining and outdoor areas are available for all guests to enjoy.
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.

The magic begins as you step onto our cozy wraparound porch with comfortable and plentiful seating, where you are immersed in the unique sights and sounds of our charming neighborhood. The spacious kitchen, dining and cozy living areas are located on the main level of the inn. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical heated pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an ensuite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, countertop ice machine, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

The elegant Mallory Suite is located on the 1st floor and offers a dreamy king bed and beautiful furnishings. We loved our stay! We stayed in the Mallory sweet! Loved having the pool right outside of our back door. Only negative was being able to hear people in the kitchen in the mornings due to the door being right off The kitchen. Great location for walking to places, coffee shops, Donte’s , dinner, Duval st

Neat place. Loved the complimentary snacks and free filtered water. Little loud one morning since the room opens to the kitchen/main living space and travelers were leaving early. Also had slight issue with check in because the code got texted to my spam folder, but it was rapidly fixed and the communication was great

I walked alone all over Old Town and often returned after dark. The house was always well lit (I was actually concerned about the waste of electricity because the shared spaces had a lot of lights and TV on at all times.) I would have liked a newer mattress, and a couple sharing the Mallory room might like a bedframe that doesn't squeak, but it didn't bother me. I could nitpick about a few minor imperfections, but it's a beautifully renovated old house, not a 5 star hotel. I would 100% stay here, again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay very much. But when we contacted the property manager because we lost the code for the lockbox who was very condescending didn’t appreciate his attitude at all. Probably won’t stay again because of that.

Location was great. House was clean and well kept. Our room was right off the kitchen and sometimes noisy. Also there were some loose tiles in the bedroom and bath. Disappointed there wasn't a facility for laundry. Loved that the common areas were cleaned daily!

The location was close enough to area attractions but in a quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The room included everything we needed for comfort, and we enjoyed the availability of a full kitchen and a private outdoor seating area.Unfortunately, we never received the instructions that included the code to retrieve the key, and when I called and texted, I didn't get a response. We had to open the door lock using a credit card and didn't hear back from the property manager until the next morning when they texted checkout instructions.

Our room was right next to the kitchen so some other guests woke us up at 6am banging around making coffee and whatnot, which was annoying, but I can't hold that against the property. The manager was excellent with communication and even called me to make sure I was getting info when texts weren't going through. Honestly my only problem with the property itself was the sink fixtures in our room. It was impossible to keep the counter dry so I couldn't set any personal items there. The benefits of this property out way the minor annoyances so we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: cute room, decent bed, nice common area, thoughtful amenities (coffee, snacks, towels, ice, water purifier, etc.), nice area. Cons: No help on premises, Innkeeper only available during work hours, room got very humid, toilet stopped working, room was located directly next to common area and pool- whenever people were there you can hear everything they were saying or doing, front door always unlocked so anyone can enter at any time.., the text I got with my room access code went to spam so if I hadn't bumped into another guest I would've been stuck, you have to find non resident parking usually at least one block away. Not a great experience and felt a bit like they were hiding the fact that it's a very intimate guesthouse. It was serviceable enough but I don't think I would return.
