The property was exactly as described. Our room had the glass doors leading out to the pool which was very nice. The water feature wall in pool area could use a little TLC but was still amazing. Common area well maintained and equipped with everything you could need. Really enjoyed the filtered water station! Hosts were very attentive and replied to messages in a very timely mannerWe would definitely recommend The Inn On Fleming

We loved our stay! We stayed in the Mallory sweet! Loved having the pool right outside of our back door. Only negative was being able to hear people in the kitchen in the mornings due to the door being right off The kitchen. Great location for walking to places, coffee shops, Donte’s , dinner, Duval st

Neat place. Loved the complimentary snacks and free filtered water. Little loud one morning since the room opens to the kitchen/main living space and travelers were leaving early. Also had slight issue with check in because the code got texted to my spam folder, but it was rapidly fixed and the communication was great

Clean, Quiet, Convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic amenities in a clean, quiet, convenient, and safe feeling location. I walked alone all over Old Town and often returned after dark. The house was always well lit (I was actually concerned about the waste of electricity because the shared spaces had a lot of lights and TV on at all times.) I would have liked a newer mattress, and a couple sharing the Mallory room might like a bedframe that doesn't squeak, but it didn't bother me. I could nitpick about a few minor imperfections, but it's a beautifully renovated old house, not a 5 star hotel. I would 100% stay here, again.

Very walkable but was able to easily rent bikes through the property management for when we wanted to go further. Room had everything we needed and described exact. Excellent communication keeping me informed of check in and offering excursions. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay very much. But when we contacted the property manager because we lost the code for the lockbox who was very condescending didn’t appreciate his attitude at all. Probably won’t stay again because of that.

Location was great. House was clean and well kept. Our room was right off the kitchen and sometimes noisy. Also there were some loose tiles in the bedroom and bath. Disappointed there wasn't a facility for laundry. Loved that the common areas were cleaned daily!

Property was extremely comfortable and well maintained. You did not see many of the other guests. Having the Mallory Suite was almost like having a private pool since it has direct access to the pool area.

The location was close enough to area attractions but in a quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The room included everything we needed for comfort, and we enjoyed the availability of a full kitchen and a private outdoor seating area.Unfortunately, we never received the instructions that included the code to retrieve the key, and when I called and texted, I didn't get a response. We had to open the door lock using a credit card and didn't hear back from the property manager until the next morning when they texted checkout instructions.

Our room was adjacent the community space and wasn't the best location for peace and quiet. Some tiles on the floor were coming loose. Pool was nice and well kept. We met some lovely people also staying in the house. Large house with lots of rooms.
