Diving Trip 2024

We had the most amazing time at the Coral Reef House and can't wait to stay there again in the future. It is the perfect location on Seven Mile Beach such that you can walk to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores but you have basically your own private beach and ocean right outside the door. The beach is pristine with soft, white sand and the ocean is warm and crystal clear. We spent most afternoons floating in the ocean with the provided rafts and even saw a few sting rays! We loved the pool, hot tub, second story balcony, and game room. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you could possibly need. We were a group of 13 adults and felt like there was plenty of room to spread out and the number of bathrooms was great. The property manager was super easy to work with and very responsive. Seriously can't recommend this place enough. We will be back!

Amazing beach-front house & location. House has everything you’ll need. Good communication with prop mgr (Craig). Great set up for big family (11) vacay. House was comfortable, warm & welcoming.

Phenomenal Home

We enjoyed everything about this home! The location on the beach is amazing because it's centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, but not crammed against many other condos. It feels like it's your own beach. The layout of the home is incredible. We the multiple masters, bunk room and the loft are perfect for big groups, and allow lots of elbow room. I can't recommend this home enough.

Spectacular in every way!

This VRBO is perhaps the best I have ever stayed in. First and foremost, it is in a spectacular location. On Seven Mile Beach but feels private - a quiet stretch with very little foot traffic (in November). A perfectly groomed beach and clear water make for great swimming at any hour of the day. Plus the pool! It is covered which offers relief from the sun, and is clean and refreshing when you need a break from the sun and sand. Also, it is so well suited for a large group. Ours was a family reunion with 15 people and each group had plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are spacious and so comfortable and clean, with really nice linens and furnishings. The enormous game room/gathering space was used a lot with my family. Really, they thought of every detail with this rental. Customer service was outstanding - so quick to answer questions and thoughtful/kind. This is a one-of-a-kind VRBO

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love to be in the ocean, so having a house that will allow easy access to it is important to me. This house has just a few rocks in front of the house and they are easy to avoid. The sand is a little boggy, but as a senior citizen, I can still enter without worry of falling.The villa allows for lots of privacy and quiet and is furnished in a warm, cozy style. Just about everything you need is here.

Excellent property for a stay

Unfortunately we had a death in our immediate family, so we were not able to go, but they were extremely helpful and professional, trying to figure out another time we could experience their beautiful house

An Oasis of Fun

This was our second time to rent Coral Reef for our family’s springbreak retreat. We have already reserved it for next year as well. It is simply perfect for our family. It provides a great setting to serve as our base for taking advantage of all the wonderful activities afforded by the Cayman Islands. Our family ranges in age from 67 to 3 and everyone’s needs were well served. There is plenty of room if the 11 of us want to be together and plenty of room if we don’t. Perfect family week

The Coral Reef House was the perfect setting for our group of 8 adults and 5 children aged 4-10. Out the back door was a virtual paradise for the kids to spend all day long going from Pool to hot tub, beach, aqua blue waters. The snorkeling 100 yards out was excellent and the fishing for the kids was great for small exotic fish. If someone were so inclined they would never have to leave the property. We did get out and explored parts of the island, the Eco and Bio luminescent tours with Six senses were Outstanding, the Crystal Caves surprising and the dinners at The grand old house, at Lucas and the last night at the house prepared by 2 Chefs were suberb.

Absolute paradise!

This house is absolutely perfect! In Cayman for my in-laws 50th anniversary...8 adults and 9 kids. Cannot imagine staying anywhere else! The game room was so great for the kids to hangout. Loved all the beach and pool toys, paddle boards, kayaks...I mean this house literally had everything we needed!! Walking distance to the Seafire Kimpton. Quiet beach with not a lot of people around. Peggy, the house manager was awesome and so helpful. Be aware...there are roosters that hang around the neighborhood so bring earplugs if you don’t want to be woken at crack of dawn. Not a problem in all rooms...just south side of house. Not a deal breaker though. Would absolutely rent this house again and hope to do so!

Best Family Vacation Ever!!! That’s how our four Grandchildren described our week at Coral Reef!

The property was in excellent condition. There was plenty of being together space and getting away space if you needed it. The layout of the home was ideal for our family. The maid staff made sure that we were tidied up each day and that everything that needed to be refreshed was tended to. The location of the property on the island was so centrally located it made getting to the grocery store, restaurants, dive shops and general shopping very easy. The drives were short and to get to Sea Fire and their restaurants and spa was an easy walk. The quiet street was off the main drag so we never worried about the traffic with our young children. The only downside was induced by mother nature. During the middle of the week winds which rarely come from the southwest pushed sea weed onto the beaches in large quantities. If the managers of the property wanted to have improved our experience they could have had the sea weed removed. As it was I had to get out a rake and shovel from the utility closet and clear the beach myself. It was quite a workout. Other than that one issue the beach was where the grandkids played together and it was generally, other than the two days of sea weed, a great setting. The pool was smaller than the website angle would have you believe but it was nevertheless more than adequate for our needs. All in all we loved the place and as we were pulling away from the house all of the grandchildren waved good bye to the house not wanting to leave. Would we use the home again? Without reservation yes but next time we might have to stay two weeks as everyone agreed one week was simply just not enough!

What a beach vacation is meant to be

We had an amazing time. The great location made it fell like we were on a private beach. We were able to swim, snorkel or paddle board without making appointments or renting equipment. We did not have dozens of lounge chairs blocking our view of the ocean only the occasional cloud. It was so relaxing. We have great memories from our stay.

World class vacation home, destination and service

Everything about Coral Reef is as breath taking as the crystal blue waters, blue sky, Caribbean breeze, white sand and, as the name implies...coral reefs teeming with schools of exotic tropical fish. Our family has made Coral Reef our winter vacation destination for several years now after visiting many other Caribbean destinations (Mexico, Aruba, St. Thomas,....) and nothing compares to Grand Cayman as a safe, friendly and exciting destination full of adventure and perfectly relaxing. And the property itself is beyond comparison with anywhere we have stayed. It comfortably accommodates our large family (we travel with 17 people of all ages) with balconies that allow you to enjoy the sunsets and views, wide and uncrowded white sand beach with practically your own private reef and best in class amenities including plenty of lounge chairs, swimming pool, and lots of ocean toys (paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, kayaks...). I am in the real estate management business and the Cayman Villas professionals are extremely detail oriented and thorough and their expertise allows them to be friendly and relaxed in a way that only comes from experience and dedication. The location is also secluded yet walking distance to the most popular destinations along Seven Mile Beach and West Bay. Its simply our favorite place on Earth and we will return again and again.

February 2018 Stay

My husband and I have been coming to the Grand Cayman for years but always stayed at the Ritz. We decided to try a house and invite friends. We had an amazing time. Every comfort of home was there. Peggy....the property manager was just a phone call away and always very helpful. The setting of this home is beyond beautiful....incredible sunsets, beautiful beaches, lots to do and delicious restaurants near by. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all those that helped make our trip a 10....

Best Family Vacation Ever!!

Coral Reef is a beautiful home with every possible amenity imaginable! We had our family vacation of 19 people and there was plenty of space! Paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear, TONS of children sand toys, wifi, stereo, huge TV, pool table, ping pong, pool, Jacuzzi, gas grill, it had it all!! Unbelievably, we even helped 4 baby sea turtles to the ocean that were in the sand one evening right in front of the house!! Peggy, the property manager, was extremely nice, attentive and responsive. Cayman Villas was excellent and easy to work with (assisted with chefs, outings, etc.) Could not have been a better vacation and Coral Reef was the perfect "home"!
