Loved the dock especially - with the refrigerator there and the large swim pad. Lots of other smaller floats were there too, as well as a nice grill. House had a nice kitchen with bar, lots of space for hanging out upstairs and down. Huge master bath/bedroom with whirlpool tub as well as glass shower was very nice. Our family (7 adults and 3 little ones) really enjoyed everything!

This was easily the best lake vacation our friend group has ever had, hosts were very helpful, the house was AWESOME, the dock was even better, and the location was unbeatable. I will be staying here time and time again.

A great home in a great location! It has everything you need already there! We had a large group (14) and it comfortably accommodated all of us. Walkable to a great local bar - Frankie & Louie’s. We loved our stay!!

Immaculate home with everything you could need for your stay. The management team is extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this home right inside of a no wake zone that makes for calm water on the beautiful dock.

Derek was easy to work with. Property had a great location. Owners and their family stay next door, which was super helpful if we had questions. House was stocked! First time to LOTO and our house experience was great!

Can’t recommend enough!

This house is worth every penny! All the mattresses were comfy - even the bunk beds! I really appreciated that it sleeps 16 on real mattresses, NOT pull outs/couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, utensils, and even a full spice rack for cooking. The dock is amazing! You simply can’t find a better house than this in this area and price point. Worth every penny! We’d 100% come back again.

Updated House, centrally located

We visited with family for a weekend trip. The house is completely updated and looks amazing. New furniture and mattresses, great amenities, and fully stocked with common supplies and toiletries. I worked with Brent in the beginning, then Derek as he toke over managing the property. He was great with getting back to us, and helpful throughout our stay over the weekend. The property has plenty of room for larger groups to entertain together, or hangout in their own space. The dock has two boat slips, and a great hangout space including bar, refrigerator, and seating. This property is located in the same cove as Frankie and Louie’s and centrally located to other popular spots on the lake. We’re excited to come back to this location!

Good for a larger group

Good for groups. Wish the house was furnished a bit better and more cozy. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Downstairs shower didn’t drain well at all. Dock was the best part. Nice lounge and swim area and fridge down at the dock. Wasn’t very cold but was okay for drinks and bait. Main complaint was there was no indication there were cameras on the property, and they had a camera covering basically every part of the outdoor areas. Just felt very invasive and uncomfortable.

Perfect family vacation home

This house was perfect for our family of 13. The dock with a refrigerator and bar area was top notch! Lots of seating, a lily pad and floating devices. Good fishing area and close to Frankie and Louie’s where we rented a triton. The house has 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds. They had a pool table and ping pong table in the lower level! The View of the lake from the house is amazing! The only inconvenience was not having kitchen essentials that we assumed they would have like a can opener, pizza cutter and a blender, but I know it is a new rental so we understood. We have been coming to the Ozarks every year since 2014 and always stay at different places on the lake but we want to book this house again!!

Wow, wow. We loved everything about this property. The house was gorgeous, the beds were like clouds, the dock was amazing (lily pad and lots of floaties were incredible to have plus a no-wake cove), the communication from property owner was 10/10… I could go on and on but I’ll just stop there and say book this house. We cannot wait to come back next summer!

Best family reunion, yet! Fit our family of 14 perfectly. We will check to see if available for our next family reunion. We came with floats and extra bedding. Next time we’ll leave them at home. They provide everything you need for a fun time. Pool table was a plus!

This was a wonderful house! We stayed with 11 people, seven adult adults and four teens very comfortably. The queen size bunk beds were a special treat for the kids. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was sufficient necessities in the home, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, beach towels, and all the kitchen supplies. We especially loved the water toys, including the saddles and lily pad. We spent so much time just floating in the water. Perfect house for our big group. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dockside Dream. Plenty of space throughout the home for 5 couples. The home was clean and tidy with lots of amenities. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Location is great. Close to a popular bar (Franky & Louie’s) but in the cove enough to be in the no wake zone where we comfortable swimming off the dock. 100% would choose this home again for our next Lake of the Ozarks trip!
