Excellent outdoor spaces! The swim spa, sauna, and hot tub were all very clean and well-maintained. Used them for our entire trip. The area was quiet and great for evening campfires. Indoors had plenty of space for our family of four to hang out.

Absolutely loved the location. Nice and secluded. Loved all the amenities, especially the spa pool! When we weren’t outside enjoying all there was, we were playing in the arcade room. If you forgot something for your trip, it was there. Everything was very clean.

House was just as described. The starter boxes with laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, etc went up and beyond. Loved hanging out in the hot tub and spa

Cabin was nice, but much smaller than we anticipated. The cabin sits by itself (private drive off the road), and the day we were leaving the cleaning crew arrived at least 40 minutes early and sat idling in the driveway (steps from the house). This was a surprise, and off-putting, especially at 9:20am. They could have been there longer, I just may not have noticed.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin and its private setting. We sincerely apologize that the cleaning crew arrived early on your departure morning. That should not have happened, and we understand how it could feel intrusive. We’ve spoken with the team to ensure this does not happen again. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back in the future.

4.5 stars. Everything about the house was beautiful. The communication with the owner was 5 stars . The main issue for me was that the beds were very very firm which is not good for my back. I also wish they had a mirror in the bedrooms. I had 2 girls with me and it was tough fighting over mirrors. Minor things but I think reviews are key. Sauna and pool were amazing.

Bed rock

Beds were more or less the equivalent of sleeping on a rock, the property was advertised as lake front, there was absolutely no view of the lake or anything else for that matter. The spa water was advertised to be changed between guests but the bugs, dirt, and leaves would suggest otherwise.

Thank you for your feedback. Our property is not advertised as lakefront in the description or photos, and no mention of lake views is made in the listing. The hot tub water is changed after every stay, while the swim spa, which is closer in size to a small pool, is not drained between guests. Instead, it is professionally cleaned, balanced, and serviced by our pool technician after each checkout, and in this case, it was maintained just a few hours prior to arrival. We always encourage guests to reach out right away if anything feels off, as we are happy to send cleaners or our pool technician promptly. In this instance, we did not receive any messages during the stay, but our team is always available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Super Cute cabin

The cabin was absolutely adorable. Everything was perfect. I would’ve like the hot tub to be larger so we could all have hung out in it together and not had to take turns. Also if y’all could add mirrors in the rooms and maybe one full length mirror would be great! Having four women trying to get ready with only a couple of mirrors was difficult. But that’s an easy fix. Love the look and the decor!

Thanks so much for the kind words and helpful feedback! We just completed a big renovation and added a 15' swim spa that fits the whole group—no more taking turns! We also added multiple full-length mirrors to make getting ready a breeze. Hope to welcome you back soon!

Ya’ll this sweet cabin was SO GOOD! The pictures posted (which are excellent) don’t even do it justice. It had everything we were looking for and then some. Comfortable beds, a grill, a wonderful fire pit, a sauna!?!, a hot tub, AND that amazing swim spa that I can’t stop googling because I’m now convinced we need one at our house! I can’t think of a single thing that could make this place better…It was PERFECT! It’s a bit off the beaten path, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. It was a quick 20-30 minutes to Dollywood, and there was a grocery store nearby. Just far enough out to feel secluded, without being too far from all the area has to offer. We considered a few cabins that were closer to town, but I’m so glad we chose this one.My husband cooked dinner on the grill twice. We made s’mores by the fire pit. My son enjoyed the video games and having his own area to watch tv and chill out. We all had fun playing shuffleboard, air hockey, and the dozens of board and card games provided. It was very hot when we were there, so we skipped the hot tub and soaked in the pool instead. That pool, ya’ll. I’m obsessed! This was probably our most fun family vacation, and the cabin was a huge part of the fabulous experience. Seriously 10 out of 10 in every way!

We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was perfect for the three of us for the first few days. Then our kid went to camp and my husband and I enjoyed the rest of the week there. The host was very attentive and responsive to any issues that may have come up and handled them promptly! We plan to try and stay again!
