A wonderful place to stay. Quit peaceful neighborhood with beach being a short walk away. Great area to go walking. Close to shopping and restaurants. Condo was well stocked and had everything I needed. Check in was super easy and communication was smooth and fast.

Very easy booking and check in! Staff very friendly and a perk was this place is pet friendly! We got to bring our furry friend along and she had a blast!

We had an excellent stay, with a very easy process to get in, wifi was excellent, the kids was able it watch a movie on Netflix and the bed were nice and comfortable. My wife did clean when we first arrived as the floors had sand on them and the refrigerator ice machine had something spilt inside it. Even with the cleaning, for the affordability, the location, the process, we look forward to stay again!

Amazing experience all the way around! Host experience was great and very responsive and accommodating. Location was the best, water hose up front to wash sand off, had all the things we needed like umbrella, chairs, towels, beach toys! Beds were so comfy! St Augustine all the way around is beautiful with so many things to do!

Very nice property, walk to the quiet beach. We rode our bikes and it is enough to downtown St Augustine and great restaurants.

We had an excellent vacation in our favorite city in Florida and our VRBO made that possible! We loved the walking proximity to the beach and multiple restaurants. It was also great to have so many beach items such as umbrella, wagon, chairs, sand toys that made our stay much more accessible with children. Another bonus was having washer and dryer which was a game changer! Would highly recommend and absolutely would stay here again if/when we return!

Well stocked kitchen. Used the nice beach chairs and took advantage of the community pool. The place was clean and comfy.

You can’t beat 1 and 1/2 blocks from the beach. It's all about location here! We had just purchased a home nearby and this was a great place to use as a home base while doing some work over there. Parking is right next to the unit on the ground floor and it was so convenient to have a washer/dryer right there, too! I cooked most nights and had plenty to choose from as far as cookware and utensils.

Great spot close to everything

This was a great place to stay with just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all the shops in St Augustine. I like that is was away from the busy parts and the neighborhood was quiet, friendly and safe! Overall a great stay. We will be back.

Super clean!!

The place was extremely clean and had so many things to offer. There were utensils to eat with and cook with, and they offered lots of beach equipment. It had great access to the beach and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Great place to stay!

Memorial Day Weekend

Property was nice and clean. Beach access was a little further than we preferred. Overall it was a good trip.

Only real issues were 1) Second bathroom shower curtain fell on me and would not go back up. 2) Door would not lock properly. 3) Dryer needs to be replaced.Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and would recommend!

The property needs some work

The air conditioner didn’t work and the property needs some tender, loving care upgrade. Take some nasty rugs out.

College work week

Check in was difficult. The condo was clean. Poor lighting. Nice furniture and bedding. Very noisy air conditioner. You can hear upstairs neighbors moving around. Washer and dryer was nice to have. Bathrooms were clean but need updating. It was in a great location. Nice neighborhood.

This unit needs some serious work. The pictures are very deceiving - this unit has absolutely no natural light, and though that is something they can't do anything about, I lead with that since the pictures make it look light and bright and clean! The home is in SERIOUS need of a deep clean and repair. All rugs need to be thrown away, they are nasty. The home smells like wet dog. The WIFI/cable didn't work until the evening of our last night there (stayed 4 nights), and I spent way too much of my own personal time trying to troubleshoot based on the management company's instructions. The owner/management company was very responsive so I won't dock them points for that, but seriously get someone in to do an overhaul on this unit!!! I will be sending a separate list to management for items they need to address. Though close to the beach and easy to get to the Amp from, I wouldn't recommend to others or stay here ever again. We had a safe place to sleep, that is all.

Easy drive to beach and Saint Augustine.

My family really enjoyed this place. I was a little bit concerned booking it, but I had nothing to be worried about. It was a great place to stay especially if you have a Family Member that’s handicap accessible. It’s an easy drive to a handicap parking near the beach where they don’t have to walk all the way, which was exceptionally helpful. I also appreciate the fact that it was dog friendly, where my aunt could bring her small dog to the beach. My family also enjoyed the fact that there were beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon that we could take to the beach to carry all of our stuff. It felt like the owners really tried to accommodate us to the best of their abilities. We also enjoyed the beach towels as a lot of the stuff was already provided for us when we got there. Overall a great place. One of our favorite family vacations in a while who knows we might book this place again in the future. Five stars.
