Designed across multiple levels, the home features several interior staircases, creating a spacious, lodge-style layout with distinct living areas and bedrooms throughout. Please note that stairs are required to access different parts of the home, making this property best suited for guests comfortable with multi-level living.

Just off I-80 for easy year-round access to Park City. Because of this convenient location, some road noise may be heard outdoors.

Occupancy Policy
All guests, including infants and children, must be included in the reservation. Infants and children count toward the maximum occupancy and any applicable extra guest fees. Reservations may not exceed the property's maximum occupancy. Where applicable, the additional guest fee is $50 per guest, per night.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are issued to the confirmed guest when a cancellation request is submitted in writing within the applicable refund period stated at the time of booking. Refunds will be issued minus applicable booking platform fees and payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe/credit card fees).

House Conduct
No gatherings, events, or additional guests are permitted without prior written approval. Any unapproved gatherings or vendor activity may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
