Cozy cottage in the woods. Kitchen was well stocked and included tea, coffee, oatmeal and popcorn. The critters did seem to be scampering in the walls at night but I guess that comes with being in the woods. Next time I might stay a little closer to Slade and the Gorge.

This was the cleanest and most homey cabin ever. It felt like I was staying at the home of a friend. The solitude was amazing. I’m sure I will be dreaming of this place for months to come.

Cabin was wonderful. Was thoughtfully decorated and stocked. Directions to both locate the cabin and check-in were easy. Excellent communication with owner.

Lovely cabin very homie vibe very clean only thing it lacked was wifi/cell service but not host fault as mountains are extremely thick so getting signal or wifi out there would be very difficult definitely would love to go back in the fall for the beautiful views

Cozy and Clean

We had a great time! The property was much better than we expected. It was very clean, the hosts provided everything we would need and more, with firewood, a beautiful fire pit, record player, grill, and more. The cabin itself seems new. We felt safe and comfortable. The hosts were also easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely alcome back and recommend to friends!

This adorable cabin is nestled in right amongst the trees. Enjoying a cup of coffee on the front deck and listening to the birds was a highlight of our stay. Excellent communication by the host and the cabin was well equipped with everything you would need. We did the side-by-side adventure-so fun! Also the underground kayaking, and went to a dirt racetrack for something different. Definitely go to Rockpoint BBQ, VERY good and there’s a little bar called 145 Roadhouse with the best cheesecake I’ve ever tasted and their wings and friend pickles were good too. Will come back!
