We had a wonderful week. The views were wonderful and we all loved relaxing in the hot tub daily. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom felt like a spa!

Absolutely beautiful spot. Perfect for kids and adults to both enjoy. Sunsets and stars at night from the hot tub are an incredible sight! Easy check in and great communication from host.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were spectacular, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. Even our pooch felt right at home!The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful hiking trails nearby, especially with the fall foliage just beginning to turn. We couldn't have asked for a better setting to enjoy the outdoors and recharge.Tim was an excellent host, very communicative, attentive, and quick to respond. We had a minor misunderstanding during our stay involving someone who mistakenly thought they were checking in, but Tim addressed it immediately and made sure we felt completely comfortable.Overall, we had a fantastic time and made some wonderful memories. We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to return!

It was a great place. Had everything you need in a house. Even though it was cold and snowy the hot tub was great to go in. Plenty of room to spread out. Would rent it again.

Wonderful stay!

House had everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days. Kids loved playing outside and exploring. Communication with host was helpful and quick! We’d love to visit again!

Our trip was amazing! We had a few hiccups but the property manager was WONDERFUL and on top of everything. Can't wait to come back!

This is a beautiful house overlooking the mountains. The views are stunning and the house is very clean. The property is near Santa’s Village and a short drive to other small towns in the area, especially Littleton with it’s shops and restaurants. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property & stunning views

We had an incredible stay - property is beautiful, peaceful and noticeably clean upon arrival. Host made themselves available to promptly communicate & support if needed throughout our stay, which was much appreciated. Enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with stunning sunset views from the deck and hot tub. Quick 15 minute drive to Santa's Village which was the purpose of our stay. The host Tim was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house and view!

This was a wonderful house for our friend-family vacation! The house was great for our kids ages 4-10. The view is spectacular, the hot tub at night when the kids had gone to bed was great and Tim as a host was very responsive, kind and gave great details for a successful stay. Very close to Santa's Village (all the kids greatly enjoyed), but also private location.

Family Get together!

3 generations together on a trip to NH to ride the Cog Rail and spend time exploring the Mt. Washington area. It was hot so we visited local river access for kids to cool off and have fun. As visited the Scoop in Lancaster after having lunch at Smoking “T”’s bbq it was really delicious! Cellis has very good gluten free pizza and good pizza and grinders. We had a great time and the house accommodated us all even enjoyed the hot tub!! The house is at the end of a road so during our time a few vehicles turned around in front of house mainly workers building house next door.
