Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3-bedroom home, the private backyard, the pool, and the hot tub. The garage is the only area that is off-limits to guests. You will enjoy a private entrance and self-check-in for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

Relax House is located in Desert Park Estates, a mixed architectural residential neighborhood in North Palm Springs, CA, where many of its homes were built in the 1950’s up to the 2000’s. This area is very quiet, and just a few miles away from Albertsons, Starbucks, EOS Gym, Walgreens, and Victoria Park.



Getting Around:

If you are not bringing on renting your own car, Uber and Lyft are going to be your best bet to get around.



Other Things to Note:

* **Pool & Hot Tub:** Hot tub heating is complimentary. Pool heating is an optional service available for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please request this service at least 48 hours before your arrival.

* **Potential for Noise:** Please be aware that the home is located near the airport. While most guests have not found it to be an issue, some have noted occasional noise. This is something to consider as you book your vacation.

* **Cancellation Policy:** 100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of check-in. No cancellations are permitted for holidays and special event weekends. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their trip.
