Host was very responsive location could not be better. House had everything we needed. Really like pool, balcony, and hot tub overlooking beach. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in Flagler Beach for 25 years and this property was perfect for our family and one of our absolute favorites! Loved the swim spa, location to the beach and the Proper Group was excellent to work with!

The views and location were perfect! House was roomy and both the front balcony and back deck were used a lot! Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were all great size for our family of 7! I would totally recommend anyone come here and I will personally be looking to stay again when we are back in flagler!

We would’ve been a complete five star if the hot tub was working during our stay. So we didn’t get to use it at all, which of course is a great attraction. But we really like the property and the location in highly recommend staying there. We do intend to reserve in the future. The home is beautiful and really suitable for large group of people

Fabulous beach front property with easy beach access. Plenty of room in this large five bedroom home with generous room sizes, a stunning kitchen and all the amenities you need for a great stay. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from both front and back decks plus your very own hot tub and spa for extra relaxation. Plenty of parking including a two car garage. Property was very clean. Excellent communication from the host.

Great family spot

The house was clean and very well appointed, we lacked for nothing! Host even had a bottle of wine, snacks and a gift for us on arrival. The road can be very busy but most drivers stopped for us to cross over to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing Beautiful Home! Direct access to Beach just across the road out front. Three families had enough space with 5 bedrooms to spread out with privacy. Large Porch out front to view Ocean & the sunrise. Sunset from the huge back deck, table for 8, couches, TV and Hot tub with infinity pool. Definitely highly recommend this home

Overall, this place was very nice. Location is incredible and the property management company was very responsive. The house was also fully stocked but the bath and beach towels are in need of dire replacement/upgrades.Our biggest complaint was that upon arriving the hot tub was not clean, water was low, and there was no functioning skimmer available for guest use. We understand weather and other factors can impact this but it was noticeably dirty. We expected that it would be addressed within a day or two (especially based on how much it costs to rent), but the property management company didn’t send someone until the day before our trip ended (5th day), so while we were grateful to use the hot tub at least once, it was disappointing service. Note: we also made it clear we were not looking for a refund, just to be able to enjoy the amenity. We still recommend this place but also wanted to be transparent with our experience.
