Property & Parking: Guests have full and private use of the entire house and property. Please note the owner locks the garage in the back for personal storage -- no one will access it during your stay but it will be locked and unavailable for guests to use. You can park one car in the driveway in front of our gate, or more if you open the gate (it's a tighter fit once driving inside the gate) . Tesla charger available to use. Street parking is limited to 2 hours.

For 30+ day stays, we provide full-size soaps and paper products, if guests need to replenish during their stay it will be their own responsibility

This is a quiet, family neighborhood and minimizing disturbance to our neighbors is a high priority for us. Meetings, gatherings, or any daytime visitors to the property not included on the reservation must be cleared in advance or your booking with be subject to cancellation without refund. Los Angeles city strictly enforces quiet hours at short-term rentals from 10pm-8am. Photo shoots or filming of ANY kind must be quoted in advance, proof of insurance and filming permit from city of LA required in addition.
Guest access
Guests have full and private use of the property. The garage is locked for owners storage (no one will access them during the stay though).
Other things to note
No additional guests on the property at any time that are not on the reservation without prior authorization.

The gardener typically comes on Tuesdays (please note schedule may change based on weather, etc.).

Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.

Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
