The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool and the gym.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This neighborhood offers a vibrant lifestyle with a variety of nearby restaurants and cafés to satisfy any craving. Located close to the iconic Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, it ensures you're at the heart of Dubai's most famous landmarks. Public transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city. Key highlights include proximity to Dubai International Airport (20 minutes) and Palm Jumeirah (30 minutes). For everyday needs, there's a grocery store conveniently located just behind the building.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest metro station, Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall, is just a 28-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 21 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 27 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 9 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 15 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 26 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
