This place is more like a home away from home

Very nice place to stay, has everything you need. All you have to do is bring your own food and beach towels, you do get a starter kit for some essentials but everything else is provided

Cute Retro Condo

We loved this place. The decor was so much fun; so happy! The owners thought of everything. Well stocked kitchen. The unit looks brand new! So clean! Bed and furniture was so comfortable. We hated to leave, but we’ll be back.

We loved the condo, it smelled very fresh and looked very clean, we did have a couple small items that were left dirty, the microwave looked as if someone had spilt something and didnt bother to wipe it out so we took care of that. There was food in the disposal and a few nats hanging out. We took care of that as well. The spray card had not been updated since June and we had a few friends visit us during the week, we named them Henry 1&2 and George 1 &2 and quickly disposed of them as well. The Kurieg still had a pod in it , so we disposed of that and chose to use the regular coffee pot. I think our worst problem was the communication with unwind vacations. It took forever to get an answer and I tried to pay our balance early and could never get a response from anyone, and then the amount was taken out two weeks earlier than what the schedule was without us, even knowing. There was an inspection scheduled? And they didn't bother to tell us until the night before. However, our aunt is also within the condo area, & she was informed by the owner three weeks prior and had already given us a heads up. We love the condo and we rebooked for next year. It was a bit more pricier for next year, however, we really feel this was more of a management issue, & not an owner issue, and I hope that they're able to work that out.

Thank you for taking the time to write this out, and for being fair about what was good as well as what was not. Food left in the disposal, a microwave that had not been wiped, a pod still sitting in the coffee maker and gnats are small things on their own, but together they say the unit was not finished properly before you walked in, and none of that should have been left for you to sort out. The pest service card being months out of date is a fair catch as well. The harder part to read is the rest of it. Not getting an answer when you tried to pay your balance early, then having that balance taken two weeks ahead of schedule without a word, and hearing about an inspection the night before when a relative in the same complex had three weeks of notice, is not how anyone should experience booking with us, and we are sorry for it. Thank you for rebooking in spite of all that, and for telling us plainly where you think the problem sits.
