Relax in 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with vibrant mid-century charm. The spacious living room and two primary bedrooms face the pool with sweeping mountain views.
Enjoy a BBQ by the pool or unwind around the fire pit as the evening sky unfolds.
We look forward to welcoming you to your Palm Springs retreat!
4 beautiful bedrooms. 3 with queen beds and one with 2 twin beds. 3,5 bathrooms. An amazing pool, a bbq, a firepit and everything you need just to relax and enjoy your vacantion.
Pool Heat (Optional):
If you'd like the pool heated, it’s available for an additional $70 per night or $350 per week. We recommend pool heat from October to May to ensure your pool is a comfortable 86°F on arrival!

We’re so excited to host you at our beautiful Palm Springs home! A few things to keep in mind to ensure everyone has a great stay:
City Rules:
The City of Palm Springs takes vacation rentals seriously, so we’ll need to sign a contract, and we’ll also require a copy of your ID. The responsible guest must be at least 25 years old.
No outdoor music at any time (including phone speakers).
Up to 4 vehicles allowed at the property.
Maximum of 8 guests overnight, 12 during the day.
Please respect the quiet—no loud barking dogs.
No visible trash on the curb.
In-person meeting required for check-in.
You’ll receive a copy of the full rules and regulations upon booking.
Home Rules:
No smoking inside the house.
We’re pet-friendly! A $50 fee per pet, per stay applies (maximum 1 pet).
Please clean up after your pet—guests who leave pet waste will incur a $100 fee.
No events, parties, or large gatherings, please.
By booking, you agree that swimming is at your own risk and you assume all liability.
