Spectacular lake house with private beach, bathing jetty and a large garden

Our house is surrounded by a spacious garden, right on the shore of Lake Ossiach. Seehaus Helga features two wraparound terraces, a large lawn, a sunbathing area right on the lake, and a swimming dock for exclusive use. The house offers approximately 70 m² of living space, including two bedrooms (double bed or two single beds), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept living-dining area with a seating area, and a large terrace overlooking the lake. Sattendorf is located on the sunny side of Lake Ossiach, at the foot of the 2,000-meter-high Gerlitzen Alpe. The lake water warms up to 27 degrees in the summer. Private parking is available.


Summer activities: May is ideal for biking and hiking; swimming season begins in June with water temperatures around 21 degrees. In July and August, swimmers and water sports enthusiasts get their money’s worth with water temperatures reaching up to 27 degrees. If needed, the house’s spacious garden offers cool shade. But there’s also plenty to discover in the area: at farmers’ markets and popular festivals such as the O Villacher Kirchtag, you’ll experience Alpine traditions. The “Carinthischer Sommer” music festival delights culture lovers.

Fall Activities: The lake water has retained the summer’s warmth and now invites you to take a swim. Ideal conditions for a cruise on the Ossiachersee or a hike with great views—for example, on the Villacher Hausberg, the Dobratsch, which offers a glimpse of the colorful alpine flora in its alpine garden.
