This Georgia home may be a stone's throw away from Atlanta- 45min to an hour, but its a trip-worthy destination in its own right. Right out the door, a private dock overlooks Lake Allatoona, the cleanest lake in Georgia. Relax by the private 2 story party dock. There is an extensive outdoor area with a fire pit, outdoor TV, cornhole and hot tub. Kids and adults will love the Pack Man machine downstairs. Enjoy a relaxing lake vacation with year round views.

The house was truly wonderful. It was better than pictures and the perfect set up for two families. Plenty of space on each floor. The kitchen and master bedroom are outstanding, the outdoor space is so much better than we anticipated. A great choice for Lakepoint families!

Stayed for a quick trip - off season.

My family stayed here for 2 nights during the winter. The house is very nice and the pictures are accurate of what you'll get. We used the hot tub, which was in very good repair and clean. House was quiet, secluded, and picturesque. Would recommend and would go back!

Location is great but there were a few things that could’ve been updated to the listing so we weren’t caught off guard. The additional parking gate is broken so you have to unload your car from the car port and go down a couple flights of deck stairs to the front door. The sauna advertised in the listing is broken. The grill on the deck doesn’t work. You can tell the owner has a dog that swims in the lake and comes inside so there’s a smell. It’s a nice house with a great location but I think the listing needs to be updated or the amenities need to be addressed.

Family weekend

We stayed here for a weekend family getaway and had a wonderful time. The property is absolutely beautiful—right on the water with its own private dock. Although the weather didn’t quite cooperate for swimming, we still enjoyed fishing off the dock and taking in the peaceful lake views. The home itself is spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While a specific issue couldn’t be resolved during our visit, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing lakefront retreat with a group!

Gorgeous house and views

I was pretty impressed in with the house. Very pretty. Photos don’t do it justice! Really nice views, great dock and private. Kids loved the Pac Man machine. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. I felt comfortable with the kids in the back because it is fenced in. There was a nice sitting area that was very relaxing. Communication was easy. 5 stars! Will come back.

Beautiful home on perfect, tranquil setting

This property offers an exceptional experience that photos simply cannot fully capture. The home, its serene setting, and the accompanying lake are truly remarkable. The lake proved ideal for watersports like jet skiing and boating, offering ample space for exploration without being overly crowded. The house and its grounds are impeccably maintained, featuring numerous charming garden areas and tranquil spots perfect for relaxation.While we did encounter minor issues with the outdoor lighting and outdoor television functionality, the host was commendably responsive, though a resolution could not be provided during our stay. Despite these small setbacks, we wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Such a gem!

This was our third year coming to the area for our son‘s baseball tournament at Lakepoint. We decided to get a lake house instead of the usual team hotel, and it was the best decision. This house is the perfect location and we were able to have fun swimming on the lake and hang out at the dock between games. It’s also very close to Cartersville and Canton for shopping and restaurants.The house is spacious and we loved the decorating style. There was plenty of space for our family of five.The host was also very responsive to a couple of small items that popped up and we very much appreciated their timeliness with returning our messages, and found that they were easy to work with. We stayed on Lake Norris in Tennessee a number of times and really enjoyed this location and lake Allatoona. We rented a boat from Paradise rentals one day and it was great. We would absolutely stay here again.

This house was perfect for us for a 4th of July getaway! The host was very communicative and responded right away while checking in with us to be sure all was good for our stay. The kids had a blast in the lake all weekend. Would highly recommend!!

Great property with a wonderful lake view! We enjoyed the porch and jumping off the dock into the water. Kids couldn’t get enough of the hot tub. Great open kitchen and living room space. Our biggest complaint about the place is that the property manager or owner needs to do a basic inventory walk through. Little things that make a difference were missing. Very few hangers, no oven kits, no baking sheets. Only 4 beach towels. The outdoor furniture has see better days. Especially the lounges on the boat dock. There were a few things broken upon arrival like the towel rack and the door latch. The owner was immediately responsive. Overall it was a great place for a few baseball families to stay while playing at Lakepoint and beats a hotel for a week any day!
